I'll try and be the first to post. My Babitchi Bailey was born! So far he is quite the cutie, and a great addition to my family!!!

I wish to raise a Ginjirotchi, but I'll love any character equally

Anna, excellent page you made here. Smiley

It was an excellent group hatching. As Anna said below, I hatched my clear white P2. Being that this has been a very special hatching, I am going to be raising another Mimitchi on this Tama. Cheesy

My little Tama was hatched at 11:38pm, and burst out of his egg at 11:43pm. He has been a demanding little Shirobabitchi ever since!

He has pooped once so far, and has needed much attention and watching over. I will update this page throughout this little guys growth. Smiley

Excellent hatching everyone! Grin

This impromptu hatch was possibly the most fun hatch I've ever participated in, because it was so easygoing and spontaneous. Smiley When I logged in to TSS, Dennis and Anna were already in chat. I had had plans of hatching my Milk Tea Keitai tonight, because I had a new baby on my other Keitai and I wanted to hatch a potential mate for it. So I chatted with Dennis and Anna while raising the Shiropuchitchi on my pink with hearts Keitai.

I asked them if they felt like hatching anything with me, and the idea really caught on. Cheesy Then Fry connected and he joined in. It was a party!

When my Shiropuchitchi finally grew into a Hitodetchi and went to sleep, everyone already had their Tamagotchis ready to go. I hurried to pull my Milk Tea Keitai out of its packaging and we all pulled the tabs on the count of three!

I was SO OVERJOYED to find that it was a boy. I hatched this Keitai so that my pink Keitai would finally have the chance to see true romance, and not heartbreak with an incompatible Tamagotchi version. So I named the baby boy Daisuke. I picked this name for a few reasons. I wanted something romantic, so I thought of "Daisuki", which means "love" or "I love you" in Japanese. Also, tonight is Nuit Blanche in Toronto, a huge, free, all-night street festival of art all over the city. My apartment is right in the middle of it all, since I'm in a very arty neighbourhood and I live across from a prominent art school. There's an exhibit on the corner called "Everybody loves you" and it's by a Japanese artist who lives in Toronto, named Daisuke Takeya. He says he was inspired to do the project "Everybody loves you" because in English, people often mispronounce his name as "Daisuki", so everybody is saying "I love you" to him. So that has inspired me to name this baby boy "Daisuke", a beautiful Japanese name that is similar to "I love you".

You can see images of Daisuke Takeya's "Everybody Loves You" project at his website.

Hatching my second Keitai was much easier because I already know my way around Keitais now. After feeding him, I played the musical notes catching game and beat it, so I filled all his happy hearts in one go. Grin His infancy went very well.

He was very synchronized with Fry's baby. They hatched, pooped, got sick, and napped at exactly the same time. So it would seem that Keitais and V3s have the same algorithm for the first hour of a baby's life.

After a smooth infancy, Daisuke grew into a Hitodetchi (matching his betrothed, Makiko in Pink with Hearts Keitai, also a Hitodetchi). He got 100 Gotchi Points for growing up, and then tucked in to his futon and went to sleep for the night.  Good night baby!

What a beautiful first hour. Thank you guys so much for making this hatching so special. I almost felt bad hatching this Keitai kind of like a breeding male, but this experience has made him so much more than that. I look forward to keeping detailed logs on his development.

Wow, when I entered the chatroom earlier I never thought I would be joining such a party, but I'm glad I decided to go in.

So when Elana asked me if I wanted to join her and Dennis' grouphatch, I had the perfect tama in mind, a Blue V3 that I had almost decided to hatch the day before.
I wanted to start a tama that didn't have the skill points feature integrated yet, so my future character would be based solely on  how well I care for it.
So the V3 seemed an obvious choice, plus I'm hoping to see Pyonkotchi again.  Smiley

So we all hatched our tamas together and so began another tama adventure, mine beginning with a girl I named Fama(thanks Anna  ).
Mine seemed to eat an awful lot, and it didn't help that I was only averaging about 25 notes on the Get Notes, game.
But all in all it went well and soon I heard the changing tune and for a few brief seconds, before quickly hopping in bed, I saw my new Mizutamatchi.

So after getting that new tama journey off to a start I went to begin another one.  Grin

Elana and I decided to pre-order our FamiTama's together, so we clinked on the YesAsia link on the left side of TSS and ventured to the virtual tama section.
I decided to order the yellow pet one, and I hastily punched in my information, which required me to redo some stuff several times due to me being so anxious.
But eventually my payment was confirmed and I now have a FamiTama reserved, marking the first time I've ever actually pre-ordered anything.

So heres to the beginning of two a brand new and exciting tama journeys.

Of course I have to wait until November for one of the journeys to truly begin.

Well, it seems like my tama life has taken a complete 180. Instead of the three newer connection-version tamas I had before (I paused them for now), I'm back to my roots with the '97 MoriNo I also hatched yesterday  (though not in the group hatch) named Ture, who is an Imotchi now. But enough about Ture, because my posts in this thread will be mainly about Bailey, my Marutchi in my lime green with yellow border P1.

The egg stayed there longer than Elana's and Fry's, because it was an older tama, but I was happy that Bailey was almost perfectly in sync with Ginji's tama, another one of the '90s tamas, even though his was a P2. It stayed for the full 5 minutes, and out hatched my handsome Babitchi at the time. I always liked the dark color of him, as opposed to the P2's white Shirobabitchi (not that I don't like them either. I love them as well! I'm just not as used to the Babitchi, so there is still the novelty of it). Reading about Elana's and Fry's babitchi in the chatroom having all these events was exciiting, but I completely forgot how much less attention a P1 needs, and it reminded me then when I realized not much was happening to Bailey. He was just hanging out, asking for food and a few snacks every 5 minutes or so, and more or less just being a normal Babitchi.

After getting sick and getting well again, and going to sleep and waking up again, I actually had to leave the chatroom, so I couldn't stay the full time that Bailey was a Babitchi  (I got rushed out of my house XD). I was at my boyfriend's house when he became a toddler, a cute little Marutchi floating on the screen. I'm hoping to raise a Ginjirotchi or a Kuchipatchi (w00t!), but I will love any character equally. I've never gotten a Ginjirotchi, Bill, or a Nyorotchi, so it would be cool to get one of them too.

P.S. You're welcome Fry. I'm always here for a name suggestion!

Didn't expect to have a double post, but I apologize and here goes!

Nothing much happening right now. I kept Bailey up late last night, as well as my Imotchi Ture. More about him in my other log. Bailey was chilling the majority of today. I raised his weight up a little too much while hanigng out with friends and not having really all that much time to play games with him. I have to take over my friend Jill's two private lessons today cos she's not feeling well, so I get to make some decent cash today. I am still debating over whether or not the two will be paused during worktime, since I'm going to be with little kids all day. Chances are that they will.

Bailey should be getting sick sometime later on today, and hopefully becoming a Tamatchi later on.

Edit at 10:22am:
Just as I was writing my other log, Bailey got sick. I'm looking forward to his changing

Edit at 3:12pm:
I just had to post that Bailey's weight has gone down to a mere 17 pounds and I am doing my darndest to keep it down there. I just caught him pooping... hehe, cute little guy...

Ahhh... I had a glorious sleep-in this morning. I've had to wake up for work every day for so long, it is so nice to know that I have nothing urgent in the morning. Unfortunately this meant some Tama neglect. However, as soon as I was conscious enough to think of my Tamagotchi, I made myself pull them out of my bedside drawer and wake up. Normally I could have continued sleeping in a truly epic marathon but the thought of Daisuke prompted me to wake up before noon...! (<-- quite an accomplishment for me)

Daisuke apparently coped with the sleep-in quite well, as he has transformed into a Ringotchi. Smiley I beat the musical notes catching game for him and fed him some onigiri. He's looking very adorable, bobbing up and down.

(Sorry for the day late post)

Well not much has happened, or maybe my busy life has kept me from noticing it, who knows.
Fama did change into a Young Mametchi yesterday, but I slept in about an hour so I didn't get to see her change. Her changing sound probably would have woken me up but I left her in another room when I went to bed.

I haven't quite gotten used to the lack of activity with her yet, considering she doesn't get mail and there are no skill points to earn It doesn't seem like alot happens. But I have plenty of others tamas running that are quite eventful so It's a relaxing change to have one that doesn't require as much attention. Thankfully as well, I have gotten back into the Get Notes game, I'm now back to being perfect almost everytime. Fama really enjoys the extra gotchi points.  Smiley

I've taken pretty good care of her so far, she hasn't lost more than two hearts on either hunger or happy, so we'll see how it goes.  Smiley

The traveling salesman brought a totally new item today! I don't even have it on my other Keitai. It looks kind of like a rice cracker, or a sleeping bag, but it went into the "food" section. I looked it up on Pixelmood and sounded out the hiragana as "chikuwa". It was an unfamiliar word to me so I looked it up on Wikipedia.

Fish goo on a stick? Ew!

Although it sounds like it could be similar to kamaboko, which I always love to eat in my udon soup.

I hope Daisuke likes it.

Edit: I had to pause Daisuke while I was at choir rehearsal tonight, and it seems that he came unpaused in my bag not long after I paused him - judging from how very little the clock was off-set from the real time when I found him. So he was asleep next to poo, and ill. Sad I was very disturbed, and changed the time to waking hours to clean him up and cure him before putting him back to bed. Poor darling.
