Now I'm going to add in some more.
The next page I can't translate but I know it's about the Bonding screen. It mentions playing games to increase the bonding percentage and some special items that increase the bonding percentage by the looks of things (kinda like certain items increasing GUTS points on the Entama/Uratama, or certain foods increasing skill points on the v4). It also says that the bonding percentage starts at 0%. It also says that at the bottom of the screen is the type of family. I remember Binary from Tamazone saying "iroiro kazoku" means "variety family." If all your characters are Osumotchi and Metaboritchi it'll say "big family" (in Japanese of course) and if all your characters are Puchiputchi or Puchioyatchi it'll say "little family" (again in Japanese). Presumably it'll also say "Mame family" if all the characters are in the Mametchi family, "Meme family" if all the characters are in the Memetchi family and so on.
The third screen in the check meter is the family name, generation and Gotchi Points (Tamagotchi money if you didn't already know) screen. At the top in the big house thing is your family's name (set at the start) with "ke" added after it. Under that is the generation number. This can go up to 99 and no further. If your Tamagotchi has a baby the generation number goes up by 1. You earn Gotchi Points from games and you can earn up to 99 999G.
The other screens show your Tamagotchi characters. To the left is a picture, to the right is a species and at the bottom is oldest son/oldest daughter/second son/second daughter and gender.
The food menu is similar to the version 4's menu (sorry can't compare it to Entama 'cause I don't have one though I think it is similar). You can choose from a meal (top) or a snack (bottom) and then choose a food from the submenu. There are also other ways to buy extra foods too, such as from the Gotchi TV or Tama DVD.
The next icon is the toilet icon. This works pretty much the same way as all the other times. Just that this time there aren't any stink lines and the characters just pull faces.
The fourth icon is the game icon. There are four games but on the first generation you can't play the third or the fourth game. This is because you'll need parent Tamagotchi. It looks like that if you cancel a game (press C) then you won't get your Gotchi Points or anything like that. I don't know for sure (because I can't read it) but I'm just guessing because there's no exclamation mark there

Well here's the lowdown on the games (well what I can work out anyway- beware of the mistakes lol).
The first game is the channel game. Look at the picture on the right. When the picture on the TV screen is the same as the picture on the right, press the A or B buttons to stop your Tamagotchi from flicking through the channels. Match the picture ten times and you clear the game! If you manage to clear the game you'll fill four happy hearts and earn 100G. If you stop at the wrong time it's game over for you. However, if you clear at least three rounds then you'll still get some Gotchi Points and fill some happy hearts.
The next page (page 13) is really blurry but I'll just try and remember what other people said about it. You have to tip tea into the cups. Wait until the cups are the right way up (the big square at the top of the smaller rectangle). If the left cup is up press A. If the right cup is up press B. If both cups are up press A and B simultaneously. Do it right twenty times and you win the game, filling up four happiness hearts and earning 100G. Pour the tea at the wrong time and you're out. Do it right at least three times though and you'll still get rewarded.
The third game is golf. I'm not sure about this but I think you just have to press the A or B buttons at the right timing to get the ball in. Get the ball in thirty times and you'll clear the game, increasing your bonding percentage and earning 100G. Make a mistake and it's game over for you but if you had gotten the ball in at least three times, don't worry because you're going to get rewarded anyway.
Last game is a shoe game. Again I'm not sure about this. I think you just have to press the A or B buttons at the right timing. Grab twenty shoes and you win. Same rewards and stuff as the previous game.
The fifth icon is the communication icon, like most other IR Tamagotchi. The choices are Famitama, DVD, PC/ Mobile Phone and I can't read the last one.
When you choose Famitama you have two options: Game and Marriage. Marriage probably won't work when your Tamagotchi are too young. I think the game option will probably work any time. The connection games are bowling and piano (wahoo, I play piano in real life). The marriage option then takes you to another screen which I'm not sure about but as far as I can tell both make you choose a Tamagotchi and then give you a yes/no option and then marriage. I'm sure the options do different things just I don't know what.
Well that's all for now, I better take a shower before I stink up this room.
EDIT: I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaackkkkkkkkk.
I can't read Page 19. Page 20 says something about the Tama DVD (Tama TV). There are nine "channels" with different activities on each one. The booklet tells you a bit about channels 1, 2, 5 and 9. To access your password for the DVD, select "DVD" from the connection menu. You'll get your 10-digit login password. Do the activities on the DVD and you'll get a 10-digit logout password. Press the B button to go to the logout password input screen on your Famitama. Enter the password using the A button to scroll through the numbers, B button to confirm a number and the C button to go back one digit. If you buy an item from TV Shopping on the Tama DVD, you'll be asked if you really want to buy it or not. Choose the top option to buy the item and the bottom option to cancel.
Next page tells you about TamaEXPO. Here's the link to TamaEXPO in case you don't know about it:
http://famitama.com/pc/index_en.html You WILL be able to navigate the site as there is an English version. It also says about connecting to your mobile phone but I THINK that the mobile phone connection is just connecting to TamaEXPO on the Internet from your mobile phone.
Connection to TamaEXPO is the same as connecting to the DVD, just that you choose the PC link instead. Oh, and you enter the password in to TamaEXPO instead. Entering in the logout password is done in the same way. And also, if you buy something from TamaEXPO you will have to confirm that you want to buy it. Otherwise you'll get your item straight away.
As for the last option... I have no idea what it does.
The sixth icon is the care icon. When it lights up, select it and you will be presented with three random options. Choose one and watch your Tamagotchi family enjoying themselves

The seventh icon is the Treasure Box. The first option (the really long option, Kyoukyoubako), is medication. It works the same way as medication does on any other Tamagotchi- if a skull or a tooth appears you should select this to cure them. Don't hesitate to give extra doses if necessary. On the second generation or higher, the parents will bring a first-aid kit.
I'm not totally sure what the other options do (yes, I know I'm useless). All I know is that they are item lists, but one page shows a bus so I'm confused.
Moving along the next icon is the Gotchi TV. The first option is the TV Shop. I think it works in a similar way to the shops on the v2-v4. The next option is the dating channel that everyone talks about, similar to the matchmaker on any Tamagotchi Connexion. I'm not sure what the last option does.
The second last icon is the Tamagotchi Notebook. As usual we have our friends list. As far as I know it shows one of the Tamagotchi from the family and the family name. When selected it shows relationship levels. Two houses facing apart shows that the families aren't that close. Two houses facing each other shows that the families like each other. Two houses close together with a musical note shows that the other family is like a second family! When you have fifty families stored in your friends list you should delete some if you want to connect with any more families.
Also we have our "memories list." This either works like the "history" or "grave" lists or the "parent" and "family" lists on previous Tamagotchi though it shows a book, family name and picture of one Tamagotchi from the family unlike other Tamagotchi with this feature.
This is totally unrelated to menus and stuff but when you press the C button you get a reaction! The reaction depends on how well bonded the family is.
Every night your Tamagotchi family will go to sleep and they'll turn the lights out for themselves. When they wake up they'll turn the lights on for themselves.
If you have not been looking after your Tamagotchi family well, they'll depart and return to the Tamagotchi World to seek better care. When they have departed a flowery grave will appear. Use the A button to flick through information about your departed family. I'm guessing that you can hold A and C together to start a new family.
At the moment I can't see a picture of page 37. Then again that might be because I'm not really keen on hunting. All right, all right, I'll look for it. *searches* Nope, can't find it. So, on to page 38!
This is all about time settings now.
To view time- press B when no icons are lit.
To set time- go to the time screen and press A while holding C, set the time as normal.
To toggle between 12hr and 24hr time- go to the time screen and press A.
Tamagotchi will be on pause while you are on the Time Set screen.
To set contrast- go to the time screen and press B while holding C, use A to lower contrast, B to make contrast higher and C to exit.
