Pictures time! =3

First off is of the wonderful tooth-brushing animation for the character that Debug is...

(click for detail)

Yup. Completely corrupt. That can't be comfortable. Sad

Next, Vreth grew into a Nonopotchi... and likes R&B music. Oh well, whatever floats his goat, I guess. I haven't been paying much attention to raising him... might explain why he's broke and only ever has two hearts filled because I've been feeding him baby foods...
...oh wait no, he must've gotten his allowance when I wasn't looking. Guess I'll go buy him some food now. XD

(click again)

Well, the only snack for sale was popcorn, and it turns out I actually did have some beef bowls, still, but now Vreth is full and happy for once. x3 I'm so bad at this...

Lastly, Debug, at the young age of 3, was greeted by the matchmaker late this afternoon. She was paired up with a handsome Hanatchi. They had a daughter. I'm looking forward to raising her, to see how that goes on a Debugged Tama. =)

Oh Lord. This log was started in 2007? I was... so young. School was comparatively a cakewalk. I claimed to be busy with schoolwork back then? I'd kill for assignments like those, now. =(

I've had a hankering to hatch again for a while now... but... I have a feeling it's just me wanting a distraction from my summatives. Some of which are due tomorrow, I can't deal with a baby now. Grah. I should be working.

I... guess I could start my Mini. It's my standard 'sneak into school Tama' anyway. But that means I'd have to get up, find my screwdriver set, probably put away all my dead-battery Tamagotchi... but it's not like I'm doing anything anyway... typing crap into TSS, where probably no-one will read it for months, and listening to Judas Priest. Productive.

Later, I guess.

PRIESTESS OF SYRINX: BEING TOTALLY UNPRODUCTIVE WITH HER LIFE SINCE 2007, APPARENTLY

E: Started my Mini, on the last working CR2032 I have, apparently. Got a Shirobabitchi or Marutchi or whatever it is. Never did figure that out. That is all.

Marutchi didn't wake up until 9 AM. My first period ends at 9:15. x3 I snuck him out during various classes to feed him... During lunch I was struck with a brutally painful stomach cramp for no reason, so I was mostly busy writhing in pain from that. It dealt a sort of blow to Marutchi as well, seeing as during final period (periods go 1-2-3-L-4) he ate 4 loaves of bread and 4 pieces of candy. =(

On the bus ride home, he must have evolved, because when I took him out of my pocket at home he was a Kuchipatchi! Haven't seen this guy in a while.

Aye, Kuchi is pretty great on the Mini, but I always must mourn for his loss of butt! D= He looks so wrong without it...

I pulled out my Mini in History class a few days ago, and one of my new friends from that class started talking with me about Tamagotchi. =D She said she would look for her old P1s... if she can find them, we may just have ourselves a Tama Raise-Off, ladies and gentlemen. B3

Two days ago, my Kuchipatchi turned into the old man! =D Love this guy. But... it also means his days are numbered. =( I've been taking extra care to keep him happy and fed all the time.
I think that, after he goes, though, I will start up one of my Connections... Probably the normal V2. Means I'll have to go pick up some batteries, though...

Aye, there's always something, isn't there? Even after you've been sober for so long, you're still just a recovering Tamaholic. Went to Value Village today with my friend (yep. sparklytamas or whatever, we're still bros :3), expecting to, iunno, pick up some jeans or something.
I ended up getting jeans! Nice ones, too! They're still deep black, but they have really rad orange stitching and I can totally imagine myself absolutely killing a mosh pit in them.
Anyway...
I didn't get only jeans!
I got CDs and video games. (prozzak <3)
I also got a Furby! from the 90s! The kind I've been wanting!
(jesus priestess i thought you'd grown up)
Unfortunately, his (her?) insides are falling out D:> It's quite morbid. Whenever you pick him up, the black part on the bottom falls out from the back... it seems to be pivoting on a bar that's visible from the battery compartment. It looks like old age, since you can't have that happen manually without cutting off it's fur... but I'm going to try livening him up again, anyway. Fresh batteries and maybe even that 'damp cloth' of legend, which only the Tiger Electronics instruction manuals ever spoke word of!
Pure white Furby, by the way, with... brown eyes, if I remember correctly. :3

I ALLLLSSOOO bought a bag of cheap electronic handheld """games""" featuring such delights as Connect Four and "Xbox"! (meaning asteroids that doesn't work)
Also featuring an unlabeled virtual pet! I HAD TO HAVE IT
It was blue and circular, same case as my Kimiko Baby-Byte except ...blue... and opaque. The contrast on the screen, once I figured out how to get past setting the clock, is pretty brutal. and that means LIGHT.
Anyway I have to raise a baby panda. It's quite easy despite being a baby. In the three hours I'd had it, its hearts went down by a half. Half a heart.

Internet research has shown me that the pet is called Bobo Panda-Byte. How original. Anyway, I'll be keeping this thread updated on my first run of it because I'm pathetic and have nothing better to do! Cheesy

Yay! New logs! I think I've read about Bobo Panda-Bytes somewhere...

I have indeed. There's a small page on them at The Mouse House. Would you like a link?

Aah, sure, thanks! There was only a short blurb on Tamenagerie about them. :3

I found out the hard way, today, that excessively cold weather will reset my Pandabyte. So, I'm starting again, this time without stumbling over so many features, hopefully. XD I figured out how to yell at him when he asks for nothing, haha. It's under the book icon, interestingly enough.
One thing I do not like about this pet is that I can't find the sound option, if there even is one. It plays this horrible, annoying song whenever you do anything right. If there is no option to turn it off, I will have to take matters into my own hands... with a screwdriver and an exactoknife. >:}
But I hope I don't have to!

I found batteries for the Furby today, after hunting the entire house and opening every TV remote... AA batteries are a rarity in my house, and the Furby needs four. >.< But I found some!
and oh my gods you guys his name is Toh-loo :3 He's a LOUD one though, particularly with his old age... unfortunately, I had to take the batteries right out again, he was far too loud for my mom, sleeping in the next room. 3:

here's my favourite song at the moment, if you're the kind of person to care about that sort of thing

I found the page you were talking about, Rose, and thankfully they had the instruction manual in its entirety uploaded! I understand how this works now, and I must say, it's actually a very fleshed-out pet! I'm lucky to have found it!
The pause function is the TV, like the Travelling on the newer Tamas (can't remember which one), and the sound DOES turn off! You have to turn off the radio in the switch menu. T_T Why it's all the way over there, I don't know. But at least the function works.

Aaand apparently you're supposed to let the temperature max out at 19 degrees, hahaha... I was letting it go up to 25 because that's not that hot! That's a normal high in the summer!
But apparently not, for a panda....
