My apologies, I did not word myself correctly. I meant to say that I used to think only one character was possible. I know better now.
And I thought the dizzy one was for empty hunger, and the 'angry' one (like the pouting on Tamagotchi Connection) was for empty sadness?
It's strange that even though there is no status check, a Tamagotchi Mini can still be fed 4 times before it "maxes out".
And it will only show these animations for completely empty hunger or happiness, but you must press 'A' to check if they are at one 'heart' or more, and then just feed them an appropriate amount of times.
Wow, ChibiTama/Tamagotchi Mini aren't really the most obvious Tamagotchi to raise, are they?

Cool, I never knew that. See, I haven't used my Chibi as much. Or paid much attention to it.
I just use it as an fashion accessory on/to my cellphone. XD

They're complex/complicated indeed.

For the longest time, my Mini was the closest thing I had to a 90's Tamagotchi...and even now it's a nice companion to my P1.
Just before I left my computer to eat, my Digital Pet was greeted by its equivalent of the MatchMaker. All that happens is a guy (who is presumably the chosen mate) and a little picture of two hearts alternate on screen until you press 'Select' (or 'A' in Tamagotchi terms), then it will give you a menu not unlike the MatchMaker one, with the word 'Marry?' at the top, and you can select 'yes' or 'no'. I selected 'yes'. All that happens is the pet re-starts, it plays the opening animation, in which it cycles through all the possible adults (If you're quick you can catch glimpses of a Memetchi and the Masukutchi from the Connections) and sends you to the 'Name' screen. I named my new pet 'Sam'. It ended up being a girl again, and I fed and played with a Shirobabitchi. After maybe 10 minutes it turned into the same girl I had before. Sam is currently 15KG and Generation 2A. The first time I raised this pet it went from Gen.s 1A to 2B, then 3A and 4C. I'm beginning to believe that it is random.
Also greeted by the MatchMaker was
Jess
!! She met a darling Flowertchi (the daisy-headed one, not Furawatchi) and they had a daughter together.
Just now my
Marutchi
pooped and then his Happy went down by a heart. I played with him and won, 4 to 1.
I've been fiddling with the P1's game... is the direction the character turns based on whether the number of beeps that have beeped are even or odd?
Yesterday I had
Elly
in the 'Stuffed Animal', and she was dressed up as a Nyatchi. Just now I put her in the 'Costume' and she's a Hohotchi for the rest of the night.

I've just come back from going out with friends for Hallowe'en, and found my Digital Pet interrupted by it's MatchMaking service again, which apparently has the nerve to wake people when they're sleeping.
I've sat down to rest my poor blistered feet and watched that animation again. I named the Digital Pet
One
as it's probably the closest I'll get to having a birth on Nov. 1st. Sorry for a) not getting the right time and b) not having a real Tamagotchi.
Despite this the Shirobabitchi, in about 3 minutes, turned into some sort of Digimon (or as the instructions call it, 'a monster'.) None of the sites I go to seem to be able to identify it, so maybe not.

I was planning on raising Jess's baby girl for yesterday, but she decided not to leave until last night.
"You're late!" I told the little baby crying on the screen. She was crying and I felt bad. I was going to name her 'Late', but that seemed kinda mean...
Welcome,
Latte
the Shiropuchitchi! She's been up for 11 minutes at the time of writing, not counting the time she spent without me, crying on her little 'GIRL' screen. I've been doing my best at keeping her weight healthy, and as a result she is currently 6 pounds. Through all that 'Jump' playing we've also gotten her Gotchi Points up to 471! I don't know what it was originally though.
She is fully healthy and happy. She pooped for the first time 5 minutes after 10, which I had to clean up, and while I was holding her in my hand she got sick. No more holding her in my hand.
And there, at 10:15, she poops again. Lovely. She's hungry now, so I fed her.
Now she's 7 pounds.
Are we really feeding our babies a pound of food every time they're hungry?!

Haha, I guess so!
It's weird, isn't it?

It is, it is! Isn't a pound of food, like...a Hungry-Man? (Ew...)
I've found that
Latte
is very picky about her music. At the end of the 6-minute 'Knights of Cydonia' by Muse (which is quite the epic song and deserves being placed in Guitar Hero III), she pooped.
Then a nice, gentle song, 'Lawnmower' by Lemon Demon came on and she won 100 Gotchi Points in the Jump game.
She has recently transformed into a little Marutchi. I have two Marutchi now!
Speaking of which,
Marutchi
should be evolving soon.
Also, Transformers Animated looks like both the lamest and best thing ever.

My Marutchi did evolve some time after writing my previous entry, and into a
Tamatchi
!! I love this guy, it's good to see him again.
I was connecting
Bob
and
Elly
a lot after the Love Potion didn't work for them. Just now I connected them twice. Once they played a Balloon Pumping game which
Bob
won, the second an Eating Competition that
Elly
won. I checked their friendship meter and they were both at two hearts and two faces. I was going to just raise their friendship level to all hearts and then leave them to become Oldies, so I could mate them for the secret character. I connected them again and pressed B on the V3 to connect them. An eating competition was held and
Bob
was victorious. Apparently this launched both their friendship meters to all hearts, because the next time I connected them they were looking back and forth on their screens...
They took off, and in perfect unison, fireworks went off!
Elly
became the mother of two beautiful baby boys... Although one did somehow turn from a Teletchi to a Babitchi. I wonder what I'll name them?
Poor couple didn't even know that they were of the same species... Due to the differences between the V1 and the V3, they saw each other as Nazotchi despite both being Memetchi.
I have become super-attached to
Latte
for some reason. Perhaps it is the coffee-related name?

I was away at an event all weekend, but on Sunday when I came home I suddenly felt sick, and while resting about that I left my Tamagotchi on... I think that is why
Latte
became a Nikatchi.
Just now
Susan
's daughter got sick... You don't hear much about her, but yes she's still here! With a daughter, no less! The MatchMaker brought her a Whaletchi.
Anyway,
Latte
evolved and
One
, unfortunately, has passed away without children. As the screen is unmoving, I got a good photo of her sad little grave.
Now everyone knows what the death screen on the Digital Pet looks like. =(

Sorry about your loss.
To be honest that Digital Pet(is it really called that?) looks intresting.
Is it a Tamagotchi ripoff, aka having some Tamagotchi and DigiMon look alike characters?
