Seraphim - No, I don't really know what I'm trying to achieve other than different characters from the usual ones. Then again I'm not really sure what my 'usual' ones are.

You can get GP from TamaTown on the V4.x? Sweeet. That must be better than constantly playing games, although it sounds like suck that things are more expensive.

For the log, here's how much GP each Tam has:
White V2: 221p
Camo V2: 390p
V3: 800p
They rarely stray from these numbers.

I forgot to mention earlier than my Kuchitamatchi on the P1 turned into another Kuchipatchi! I was hoping for someone else, but he's still nice to have around.

All the babies are toddlers now.
Jess is a Kinokomotchi.
Susan is still a Hitodetchi.
Elly is a... Mizutamatchi!! I love this little guy.

Plant should be leaving his son tonight. I need names!

Also, I'm currently on a big rush of nostalgia... Even if it's for only 1 or 2 years ago. I'm listening to all my music from my Sonic the Hedgehog games... namely 'Shadow the Hedgehog' with which I fell in love with for some reason. =/

Not much has happened in the past couple of days, just a bit..:

Plant left his son with me and I named the little Babitchi Bob as per SB's request. Later on he grew into a Marutchi.

This morning I was eating breakfast when I heard some Tamas go off. I ran downstairs to see what was up (one was just asking for discipline) but I also saw that my Camo V2 and my V3 were sleeping with the lights on, as they are now teenagers!
Susan is now a Poruperatchi and Elly is no longer a Mizutamatchi, but a *deep inhale* Piroriroritchi. I've never gotten this guy before, but I think I will fall in love with him! I love the characters that are black with white features.

Jess is still a Kinokomotchi, but I think that she will, too, turn into a teenager this afternoon when I can unpause everyone after school.

Just as I predicted, when I unpaused Jess, she immediately transformed into a Young Mimitchi! Yay! =3

Also, I am enjoying Piroriroritchi's presence. He's adorable.

I found this morning that Bob has turned into an Oniontchi! He used to be my favourite character.. I still like him a lot.

A lot of people have been posting great photos of their Tamagotchi, and I can be trendy too so I tried to.
The best picture I took was of my Kuchipatchi, and it was very blurry.
Then again, my camera is a Digital Camera made in the glorious year of 2000. It's 7 years old, it shows through image quality, I suppose. But it still works so well for everything else! I don't want to abandon it. 

I bought Elly a Ball today! She fell off and was sad.

My Tamagotchi have been mostly paused since the last update, so nothing interesting has happened.

I suppose I could write about my Chao, then.

I raise my Chao on Sonic Adventure DX, which is a lot less complicated than the other versions (save maybe the original Sonic Adventure).
My two chao, a normal Chao named Garrett and a pink Chao named Stacey, live in the Station Square Chao Garden. I taught both how to walk (i.e., getting their 'Run' experience to 100) through animals, and taught Garrett how to swim through this method too.
Since then I've been feeding them only Chao fruit, which unlike the regular fruit, raises all of their experience (Swim, Run, Fly, Power, Stamina). I taught Stacey to Swim and both of them to Fly this way.
Then I realized they had to have wings to fly. x_x
I gave Stacey a bluebird and Garrett a parrot.

It's adorable. These are the first Chao I've raised to be able to fly.

Then I was hanging around and they started evolving! I didn't witness Garrett's evolution, but he turned from a blue and yellow normal Child to a green Run type! He kept his walrus arms & tail, penguin feet, and parrot wings.
Later I was petting Stacey to try and return her happiness to normal after stomping on her by accident, and she sat down and started to evolve! The cocoon appeared, and when it disappeared, I had a bright pink Chao in the shape of a Run-type! All she kept was her darling bluebird wings.

Finally, something to report on. Things have been busier than I like them and I fear that this may be the way it stays for a while, depending on how school goes.

Anyway, I unpaused my Tamagotchi has soon as I got home and Susan and Elly transformed immediately! Susan became a Zuccitchi, and Elly a Memetchi!!
I'm happy. =3 I must only wait on Bob, now.

My Kuchipatchi died a few days ago.
I was going to hatch it at the Hallowe'en Hatching, but then I learned that the show I was going to was on that night.
I saw Cats, and it was very good.

Bob is also a Memetchi now.
It appears that I never reported that Jess turned into a Robotchi.

I restarted the P1 today, and I now have a Marutchi.
I also started my Digital Pet, I named it Alex. I chose a name that would work for both genders, as it doesn't tell you what gender it is before you name it. I ended up with a Shirobabitchi, meaning it's a girl. It doesn't do anything when it evolves, the sprite just changes. I have a little girl who has a flower in her hair, now.
The Hunger (called HP) and Happiness aren't measured through bars but simply numbers. "HP" maxes out at 10, but I think Happy is infinite as I've had it as high as 30 before.
My favourite game is 'Hit the Nail', in which you control a tiny 'hammer' (really just four pixels) and you must move the hammer to the 'nail' (another 4 pixels) in a few seconds using A and C and 'hit' it with B. Then the nail moves and it repeats until the time runs out.
The other games are Rock, Paper, Scissors, "Fortune Telling" (will randomly put Happiness up or down by 1), and a rip-off of Sprint from the Connection V3.
The reset button is not on the back, but the front, and is the same size as the other 3 buttons.
The Digital Pet has stolen sprites from the Tamagotchi Connections, Digimon, and other virtual pets. There are no icons on screen, the character takes up all of it. When you press A, a pixelized version of the first icon on the Tamagotchi Connection appears. Then the chef, a toilet, the ball & bat, the heart with waves coming out of it (it has IR too!), the lamp, medicine (or as the instructions call it, 'Therapy'), and then a car.
The car is interesting. You can choose a bunch of 'outdoor activities' for your pet to do and it will randomly decide whether or not that makes it happy.
Oh, yeah, and what character you have never really matters. It goes straight from Babitchi/Shirobabitchi to a random character. You won't get gender mix-ups, (no girl sprites for boys) but that's it. When you feed it something, the sprite of the food you chose (choose from a burger, a meat...thing... and juice) just flashes on screen, and then the "Happy Animation" plays. I call it this because it's always the same. It's a happy egg-thing, then a dog. It flashes between the two, then shows the new amount of Happy your pet has.

Sometimes I wonder why I like this pet so much.

I also started my Tamagotchi Mini. I love this little guy but until now I didn't have a battery for him. I currently have a Shirobabitchi.

My Mini turned to a Mametchi! I've never really understood the growth pattern on this Tamagotchi: Mine starts at Marutchi (which I thought was a Shirobabitchi >->), then it will go to an adult, like Mametchi or Nyorotchi. All the adults turn into the old man (I'd assume Masukutchi doesn't turn into Bill?) except for Mametchi. No, Mametchi turns into Ginjirotchi of all things. Why?

I replaced Susan's battery today, it went out.

I'm waiting for the MatchMaker to come for Bob and Elly so I'll know it's possible for them to mate. Don't want to waste my Honey too early!

The Digital Pet's age system confuses me. In the first day Alex went from Age 1 to 10. Right now she is 16 and I have no clue what she'll be by the end of today.

Well, since the Mini is more of an (mobile)accessory instead of a pet, and with no status screen or games to play, they've been simplified(or whatever). Meaning the characters goes straight from baby to adult within 24 hours. There's no toddlers or teens.
Regular Tamagotchi's also require (tender)care, which you don't have time with on an accessory, do you?
That's how Bandai thought, I think.

Why Mametchi turns into Ginjirotchi I've no idea. It seems pretty stupid since Mametchi where the best/healthiest character on P1, with Ginjirotchi being the second best/healthiest.

That's what I thought, with the shorter raising.
But the Mametchi to Ginjirotchi thing was what had me baffled, for the reason you posted. I thought that just maybe, mine was buggy and someone else could justify what I thought.

For the longest while I thought that you could only get one character per Tamagotchi (random in each shell) because I could only seem to get this Mametchi/Ginjirotchi thing, never anyone else, while one of my friends got only Kuchipatchi for a while.

I'm not sure.
I've got diffrent characters. It is kind of hard to know when your Tama's sad, bored or hungry.
Someone told me though, to press the C-button and see what kind of animation your Gotchi does:
If it's "dizzy" then it's probably sad/bored. I forgot the hungry animation, but if it does nothing, then it's just fine.

However, I do not know if this works on Tamagotchi Mini but it should work on Chibi Tamagotchi.
