I have been raising my 2 entamas very closely last while so I could mate them. Today is the day they can! But oh no! I can't seem to get them to get connecting and get making those babies lol. What do you think is wrong?

First off from what I read, since its all in japanese, to marry two of them, go to your connections icon, and select the first option in the list, then select the last one in the next list. This is what I've been trying since 3 this afternoon. They connect with games or sending items, but not mating. It shows it failed on the screen.

Both entamas have first pay from their jobs, I'm stumped. I really wanna mate these guys.

Hmm is it like connection? They gotta have four hearts in their friend thingy (tired, can't recall the name)? Maybe they need to play together more first? That or maybe they are simply two characters that aren't compatable?

I looked into all of that. Entamas don't need to do several interactions to get them to mate. You just hit marry and that's it. That's what I was told. It is like connecting, and they connect fine when playing a game together. So obviously the connection bits of each one are working fine.

EDIT: I did some troubleshooting with Spiffy, and so far she and I are baffled. Characters are dating service card babies, characters are opposite genders, and battery power is fine. I changed them and I still got the connection fail thing when I tried to marry them. Games still work though.

EDIT2: Well I waited, and no one either had the answer or were baffled. So I set the matchmaker on them both and they both had one female each, one of which is going to be a mimitchi so it's not a total loss. Aw well, if anyone still wants to post the reason why this problem still took place and give me a solution for if I want to try again, please let me know

Are certain characters simply incompatible? I heard there is a couple on Connection that can't mate, same with Mesu/Osu.

Hehe.. sorry, I do hope you get this problem sorted soon. But congrats on the new generation!

Not to my knowledge, would have to ask Spiffy on that one.

EDIT: Well I found out the answer. Apparently you do need to be in love for mating to work. From what I was told it would happen anyway. But next time I have a boy and girl, I'm going to buy love potions If it's possible and try it again.
