I had completely forgotten! I don't think you ever wrote a post where you announced the official time. I also don't remember us deciding on jobs or anything.

I might be going to a concert tonight, so depending on that, I might not be able to come. I wish I had known the chat was tonight!

You actually announced the time of the chat 2 hours before it started?

It's not really going to work that way. There is many ppl in this board who checks new messages out 2-3 times a week and they can't get information of chatroom events if you announce them in the same day you are going to keep them. You should tell about your plans at least week (7 days) before they are taking place.

That way you'll get more ppl to come in the events you are hosting.
