Sorry! I'm getting mixed up between hatch and trivia! The date for trivia chat is Aug.30th

Thursday 30th?

4pm EST is the only one that works for me as I have work starting Friday 6am and I need to get enough sleep. 4pm EST is 11pm for me.

I think you will find that most people will have a hard time making chats that are not for weekends.

Also your post is a bit confusing, as the date right now is the 11th and you posted this on the 10th. Please clarify.

ILT, I am still quite confused. Currently the voting closes on the 30th "(Voting closes: August 30, 2007, 10:27:48 AM)". How would changing it to end on the 25th give more time? Are you meaning next month?

Who is running the trivia chat (choosing the questions, asking them and keeping score)? Are there any topics or is it just a random Q&A session? I'm sorry but I think you need to put more time and thought into these posts to describe to everyone exactly what is going on.

You don't have to make your posts as long as those, but that is the kind of detail that folks would find to be very helpful in event postings.  I am not trying to be mean - I am just trying to help out with some advice so that you can ensure your events go successfully.  Smiley

If you still need me to change the voting close date, please let me know exactly what date you would like. I'd be happy to help with anything else as well. 


Edit: Okay I see after I post this that you have a thread asking for volunteers. I agree with Elana, it would be hard to commit to something until the voting ended and dates/times are decided. When everything is decided it would be good if you started a new thread in group hatchings describing the event with all the details attached so all of the information is in one location Smiley
