Hi Everyone,

As Kat and I mentioned in the Tama-Decoration hatch a few days ago, we've been working on a new website. It's finally launch worthy, and you can see it here: http://www.d20resources.com.

Now, just a warning, unless you're into good ol' table-top rpgs, there probably isn't much here for you. Basically, the site's a hyperlinked collection of rules used for playing d20 modern so that you don't have to constantly reference books while you're playing them.

Currently, the rules posted are for d20 modern, which is essentially a set of rules used to play an RPG in a modern day setting. In the future, we'll be adding additional free RPG systems so check it out if you're interested.

Kokuma, I had no idea you were interested in anything RPG. Seemed like you wouldn't be because of your comments about WoW the other day in live chat. Do you just not like online mmorpg's?

No, MMORPs are great, but they are also great chance to get addicted really tough. I told you in the chat that I'd buy WOW or FFIX (or Guild Wars or etc.) if I knew I won't get glued next to the computer really TOO often. I used to play Ragnarök Online when Euro server was in open beta, and boy I got hooked fast.
The thing in MMORps I don't like is that they are so social and interesting way to spend time that you end up spending much more time with them than you planned to. Of course this doesn't happen to everybody but I'm talking mostly about myself here.

I've been fan of Final Fantasy games since I played FF VI (which was named III in USA when it was originally released for SNES) sometime in middle of 90's. They are not actually RPGs the way "real" RPGs are, they are more like "level-gaining adventure games" like most of the videogame console RPGs are, but I like them a lot. VII and IX are my favourite.
I have played X and X-2 but they didn't impress me very much...there was something "Finalfantasish" missing from their gameplay atmosphere. VIII, the "scifi FF" wasn't very impressive either, thou there is many ppl who place it as The Best Final Fantasy Ever.

I've read fantasy novels (mostly Tolkien and TSR D&D based novels) since I was in elementary, example have read Lord of the Rings 'till the last page two times. Nowadays I have read more non-fiction stuff and fiction novels that take place in earlier centuries etc. but maybe I start to read Dragons of Seasons trilogy again soon (the TSR classic).

Only tabletop RPG I've played are Warhammer Fantasy RP (rpg version of the figure strategy game Warhammer Fantasy Battle) and one self-made d6-based tabletop RPG designed by my schoolmate's brother and his friends, so I don't have much experience of the "old fashioned" tabletop RPGs, just videogame stuff but now I'll start to study the information you have put in the d20resources. Hopefully I learn something =)
