Earlier today I was watching some t.v and I left the room for a minute and when I came back I realized Helen had changed into a Ura Young Marotchi while I was away!
They seem to always wait until I leave to change, guess I should take them with me everywhere I go.  Smiley

That always seems to happen, doesn't it...? I love the shapes game. It may be one of the hardest on the 4.5 but I think it's also one of the most enjoyable ones.

I'm really adoring your logs. You have a good way with naming your tamas. Helen sounds so... classy XD

It does, I can't remember the last time I heard the changing tune for my V4 or V4.5  Sad

Thanks.  Grin I got that one from a book I'm reading about a British veterinarian.

Not much has happened since my post last night, but as I said, Spiro left me his son(who is a tsubutchi) and I had him to take care of when I woke up.
My alarm didn't go off so I got up almost two hours late and Spiro's clock was already about two hours ahead of mine, so his son had to wait quite awhile for me.
But I did eventually wake up and quickly got him and got online to find a name for him. Sometimes I'm able to think of a name on my own, but most of the time I need some sort of help, and today was one of those days.
Using the tree of life website, I decided to name him Cyano.
So I'm as of right now I'm still raising little Cyano and expect him to change quite soon. Grin

Helen is still a Ura Young Marotchi and we're still working on getting her gorgeous points up so she has a chance of becoming a Ura Memetchi.

Right now my three tamas and I are just sitting here waiting to watch the space shuttle Discovery land.  Grin Later!

And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!

Just thought I would give a quick update before I headed off to bed;Cyano changed about half an hour after my last post into a Mizutamatchi. I'm very fond of this particular character because it seems like I'm always getting him.  Smiley

Other than that not much has happened, although throughout the day I was able to get Helen's gorgeous points above everything else, so maybe she will indeed changed into a Ura Memetchi. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Today was a special day for my tams and I. We got to watch the space shuttle Discovery land safely together, which marks the first time we've watched it together. This tamas will always have a special place in my heart just for that.  Grin

I should have something to post tomorrow, heres to hoping it's as special as today was.

Apparently my tamas found out about me complaining I never get to see them change because this morning I got to see both of them do just that. Smiley
Cyano changed into a Gourmetchi, whom I don't believe I've ever had. He kinda looks like a tiny t.v. I have a feeling I'll grow quite attached to him, he's an adorable looking character.  Grin

Helen did not change into a Ura Memetchi like I was hoping, and instead turned into a character I was afraid of getting, a Tsukkomitchi. You see, I had been looking at a V4.5 growth chart and when I saw her, I thought she had a giant pimple sticking out the side of her face.
But when she changed earlier today and as I was sitting there watching her, I realized they were in fact her hands! I guess I shouldn't judge a tama by their looks.  Sad Or, I should say, what I think are their looks because apparently I can't tell appendages from pimples.

I think every tama I've ever had has, at some point, warmed their way into my heart, so I've also come to realize I should never worry about getting a character I may not like very much.
But anyways, other than my tamas and my sudden epiphany, not much else has happened so far today. I will try to post some pictures later tonight when I have my brother's camera. Until then, I'm off!  Grin

To start off this log I really have to give some thanks to Cyano, today wasn't all that great of a day but he helped cheer me up a little when he changed this morning.
But first a little about how yesterday went.
I stayed up watching movies with my younger brother and didn't get to bed until around 2am. I tried drinking coffee so I could stay awake longer, but it tasted bad and didn't work in the least bit. So, I slept in 'till 10:30 and woke up several different times to the beeps of Cyano and Helen. I don't pause my tamas even when I'm fairly sure I'm going to sleep in, usually they're ok with it. I think.

So, to get back to what I said in the first sentence; I was washing clothes around noon when I heard the changing tune and rushed to my tamas, knowing who it was that was changing.
I looked down at Cyano and was delighted to see a Pyontitchi!
Pyontitchi and Pyonkitchi are two of my favorite characters, theres just something about them that causes me to be content to just sit there and look at them.  Grin It's been awhile since I've had either so I am very happy to have him.

I decided to once again look through my tamas that I don't have batteries in to see if I could find a mate for Helen.
I had a whaletchi named Shagi and decided to see what he and Helen thought of eachother.
At first I didn't think there was any chance, Shagi kept giving Helen flowers and cake but Helen always reciprocated with poop, snakes, or an evil jack-in-the box.
But, amazingly, they must have (despite all the crappy gifts and Helen winning EVERY game)liked eachother quite a bit because they mated and had two baby girls!

I took the batteries out of Shagi for now, I may start him up again at some point.

Anyways, I snapped a few pictures of my tamas, which I will post below and that has pretty much been how my day has gone, badness excluded.
I might start up one of my other V4s and if I do I might post another update before I get to bed, along with some other pictures. If not, see you next time.

(Almost forgot  Grin  : )

I have to know your secret for finding this amazing lighting for your pictures! Or is it just a really good camera?

I've always had a special place in my heart for the two Pyo's. They're just to die for. Their closeups are quite amazing too

Haha, Elana has asked me this same question. I've never thought anything about the pictures were all that good, but I'm glad to hear that atleast a few people think something about them is good.  Grin

My brothers camera is kind of old, It's not all the good but it isn't all that bad either.
I have a lamp, with a 60 watt bulb in it, on my desk and what I do is place my tamas about six inches away from it and tilt the lamp shade slightly so more of the light hits my tama. Then I hold the camera about a foot or so away and zoom in. It takes a few tries but I usually get one I'm happy with.

Anyways, I'm certainly no photographer but thats what I do.  Grin

Aw dude, those pictures are stunning!

I remember back in 2005. My first adult on V2 where a female Pyontitchi called Alexx.
The second I got where a male Marumimitchi, they do look alike. Unnecessary info, but your pictures
are bringing back the memories of them.

Love your log. Keep it up!

I think Pyonkotchi was my first ever adult on the V4, which might be why I like her and Pyontitchi so much.  Grin
I have a hard time choosing favorites in anything, but Pyonkotchi and Pyontitchi are easily two of my favorite tamagotchi characters.

Ugh. It seemed like I was on a roll there as far as keeping my tamas and this log going, but I always seem to get busy soon after.

I just wanted to post an update to say both my tamas all currently on pause. I want to start atleast one back up because I really am missing their company, but I may very well just go into hibernation until I get my FamiTama, and that may end up being the only one I have going for quite some time.

I haven't really been on here much at all lately (this month has really gone all that well) but I am going to try and find the time to post every once in awhile. I hate leaving or not posting for prolonged periods because I always feel like I've missed out on alot and that I don't really even belong here anymore until I start posting again. I know that sounds a little stupid, but I hope I can find the time to come here a little more often.
This place just means too much to me to just give up on it, so heres to hoping I can get my priorities straight and maybe find a way to keep my tamas going without subjecting them to neglect, and maybe get an even longer streak going of keeping this log up to date.  Grin Until next time!

By the way, I hope everyone here had a happy Thanksgiving!

And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!
