It's a full moon, and Gotchi Forest is bathed in shimmery white light. The moon sparkles in a stream that runs down the gentle incline of the hill upon with Gotchi Forest has grown for thousands of years. At this stream, the Tamagotchi have come out for a drink of cool water, and to frolic on this brightly-lit night.

A young, spry Hinatchi splashes her nose in the crisp water of the stream. She giggles to herself. Then she looks up. Is that music? She looks around her to find the source. Between the trees, she can see a line of tiny paper lanterns, and the flicker of a bonfire. She hears the ringing of a laugh - sounds like a jolly Bunbuntchi! And the steady thrum of drums. It's a Moonlight Dance! She'd heard of these before, but had never been to one. She takes off as quickly as her little foot-pads can go in the direction of the music and celebration.
