I know my Tamagotchi make great study-buddies - when they're awake. Personally, I study late at night long after my Tamagotchi go to sleep. But when I'm studying during the day, I always make sure to keep my Tamagotchi close by, and glance over at them whenever I need some moral support.
One time when I was doing some research for a paper I was writing on ancient Egypt, I noticed my Butterflytchi coming up to the screen and grinning and waving at me. I realized that her name was "Re", like the Egyptian god of the sun! I hadn't named her after him consciously, but I guess she since developed an interest in Egyptology!
I bet you guys keep your Tamagotchis close when you're studying hard.
Do you ever notice your Tamagotchis coming up to the screen and saying hello when you're working on a particular subject? How about calling for Praises and sulking?
