I found a very relevant review, with a video at: Marauderz Stuff!! blog.

It's really more of an animatronic stuffed animal than a virtual pet. It's very cheap and runs on watch batteries. When you pick it up, it chirps and wags its wings a little bit. That is its only function. In the blogger's own words: "Recommended for people who like stuff [sic] animals, not recommended for people who's [sic] expecting a Tamagotchi."

Tee-hee. I saw ten of those in Sunday, REAL ones.

One small flowershop in my mum's hometown had about-a week old chickens in their display window next to all this Easter decoration nicknacks.

They had substitute hen in one corner of the box so the chicken could crawl under it's wings, thou all 10 didn't fit there at once. They had heating lamp and oatfleaks as food. And water in shallow plate-like container (actually it was can of large tin coffeejar turned upside down, I think)

One of the chicken lookd like it wasn't full healthy. It sat in the farest corner from the heatinglamp, and unlike others, it was quite apatethic. Thou I saw it eating some oatfleaks later.

My friend, who raises country breed of hen is definetly gonna have chickens again this spring running around in his farmyard. One chick is actually brooding set of eggs right now. I need to take photos of those then
Unlike these "factory breed" hens chicken who are all similar yellow/white, the country breed's chicken vary in color. They can be brown, white with black spots, rust orange or even pitch black. And thus they are easy to recognize from each other almost since very beginning it's easy to name them unlike to yellow/white chicken who look quite like clones Smiley Little yellow chicken #1, little yellow chicken #2, little yellow chicken #3...

At first it looked adorable. The video on that blog was a major help.
It's kind of big!
You would be best off trying to find a yubanori pi-pi or garga. I looked for those on ebay, could not find one to show you. Undecided
Those are much smaller. They do not move. They are either ducks (garga) or chicks (pi-pi) They are a lot like the chicks you find in stores around easter that you hold in your hands that make little sounds but the yubanoris will make some strange sounds once in a while. It will be cheeping away then you may hear a cow or horse!
And the size is way better. They are about the size of a small chicien egg.

ahaha, this toy was all over HongKong when I was there
It's quite popular, but I didn't get attracted by it one bit... I was gonna buy one for my cousin, but decided to buy her a V4, hehe
it does looks cute though Wink

Chickens and chicks are all over the place here! so it's not a rare view to have them wondering in the streets
you can get a chick for less than US$1 here!
