So three of my friends and I all have V3 tamas and none of us can connect with eachother. I waited till they were all the same age to see if that was the problem, but nothing has worked. I find it odd that there are four same version adult tamas, and none of them can connect. Does anyone know why? Or is there some secret to this whole connecting business? I was under the impression it was just kind of a point and shoot thing, but i guess I'm mistaken. Please help!

Hrm, I'd like to see the source of this information.

Unless Tamagotchi is left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time, it should have no effect on the electronics making the IR Connection.
