Hi!
« on: November 03, 2006, 08:31:45 AM »

Hello members from mimitchi.com. Smiley

I am "spiffy", and I come from the South of Spain, and I am very happy to have finally been able to join this forum (I heard the other one was closed down) I remember nearly two years ago when I discovered the mimitchi.com site, and reading about the different Tamagotchis, hehehe. Smiley

As for presenting my VPets... and pets...

Well, I have quite a few, both VPets and Tamagotchis, and they are all enjoyable to play with, though school does take a lot of time from it.

As for pets, I am a big insect-fanatic, although right now my insects are dead, with the exception of my crickets boxes, which are the food of my frogs. I used to have three frogs, but one died. Sad

I also have a terrapin, who likes music, hehehe. Smiley

Well, that'd be a short introduction of me. Don't hesitate to PM me if you have any other questions... Smiley

That reminds me of how I breeded one kind of beetle larvas in glass jar as extra protein food to my hamsters. It's easy to breed those, you just add some bread pieces and diced cucumber there sometimes and let couple of larvas to turn into adult so they lay more eggs.

If you put the jar against your ear and listen to the chirk-chirk-chirk sound the larvas make when moving around in the jar, after awhile you start to feel like the sound is coming from inside your head...

Hehehe, that sounds like fun. Smiley My crickets sometimes end up breeding in their boxes too, and its so funny to see these minuscule pearly white beings crawling about. The trouble is that they often end up getting eaten by the bigger crickets.

Aw - not allowed to even keep a bug? Sad I would certainly never be allowed to keep anything like a cat (but I'm gradually going insects > arachnids > amphibians > reptiles > ?), but I am allowed to keep small insects. If I am not allowed, I sometimes keep them in a jar with holes in the top, and just keep it out of parental sight. Smiley

If not well - what are Tamagotchis for? Hehehe Cheesy
