O.k. I have seen my Tama kids do this a few times where it looks like they are spitting.  Is this just something they all do?  like how teens/adults will brush theire teeth and bathe.

It's funny but somehow I think we should be able to discipline them for that, even if they are just trying to have fun.

Is it possible that what you're seeing is the character yawning?

They open their mouths and a few little circles come out and up at an angle? And this only happens in the morning or in the last hour before bed?

It looks to me like the little guy had a drink and is spitting it out like a fountain effect.  Like my kids do to each other in the summer time to bug the daylights out of me and each other.....

But it looks the way I described, yeah? Like a line-dot coming out of its head at a 45° angle?

That kind of representation is Japanese imagery for yawning, I think. On my V1s, when you see them yawn at night, you can put them to bed early, which gives them an extra happy heart if I recall correctly. They only do it early in the morning or in the last half hour or hour before bed.

That is neat and cute.  I think my mind is set on them spitting.  I raise troublemakers.  Just ask the hubby, wait no he is just as much of a troublemaker as my kids......

It only makes sense my tama babychi's would aslo become troublemakers  Grin

No they definitely are not upser/crying.  When they cry the discipline/Need bar lights up and tears flow from both sides.  When "spitting" they turn to face one side and start spitting.  It's cute almost as cute as the "that was awful food animation" and they blow steam.
