  After a new paint job I restarted my tama.  This time pausing it at night/ while dong laundry etc.  Now I (3 days later mind you) have a bouncing baby (toddler) girl with 9 training points.  Is there any real advantage to this?

As far as the eye can see, no, but it does mean you won't have to work as hard to get training in the future.
