I'm in the process of making a Tamagotchi quilt, with Mametchi, Mimitchi, many versions of tamagotchi, some items, Imotchi sleeping, well, you get the idea.

One time, I tried to sculpt a mimitchi, but it failed, so I smudge it and turn it into a tama stand, lol
its the morino tamastand, I use it for all my tama's tho

I embroidered a Mimitchi today.   I'll post pictures as soon as the handkerchief is done ^_^

I love to embroider. I made a few Super Mario characters a while back, and sewed them onto my jeans. Everyone always asks about them 

Now Alice made me want to do it again. Any suggestions on who I should embroider?

Embroidery is one of the many skills I can do, I'm just not very skilled at doing. Same goes with sculpting.

A while back I knitted some little pouches for my Tamagotchi to come around with me in during the winter. I had one for my V2 and one for my Mini. The V1 never got one, although it did have a sort of insulated box to go around in.

Haha I remember cutting up a velour sweatsuit to make some sleeping pouches for my tamas. My mother wasn't too happy about that one. I love kuchipatchi, maybe I'll embroider him. I'll put him on an empty boring pair of jeans.

Opps, I just realized you said "knitted," Priestess. I just learned to knit and pearl the other day from the mother of a few kids I teach tennis to. What was the pattern for knitting them, do you remember? I'm very interested now.

There wasn't really a pattern for them, probably because at the time I didn't pay any attention to the type of yarn I bought. I remember I'd usually cast on about 7 - 10 stitches, and then just go until the piece was as long (top to bottom) as the Tama. Then I'd do another piece a few rows shorter for the front and sew them together using a contrasting colour of yarn on 3 edges.

I kind of had a subconscious grudge against purl and almost always used garter stitch (just knitting the whole way through).

Looking back, it would probably be a better idea to knit one long piece and fold it in half and sew the sides.

I should whip up a written pattern for these things! I used to make them for my schoolmates with Tamagotchi (it doubled as looking like a changepurse) and they were rather popular.

Now I really want to embroider a Robotchi onto something.

Hmmm, I have some "5" yarn and 5 sticks, and then some 15s, but I've only made a doggy blanket and a scarf with them. I don't know how to sew the sides together. Do you think there are any videos on youtube or some site like that around?
