every time i play flag it always shows 2 arrows and i dont get how to win besause if i press one of the buttons I lose. Cry ...

I need help

2 arrows means to press BOTH buttons, not just one. This is why you keep losing. Make sure they are big arrows and not the little ones, just ignore the little ones.
