Well, you guys will be so pleased.  I have finally decided to listen to you, so I ordered a V3 on Amazon!  It's the "black with writing" one.  As soon as I get one, I'll start posting logs here.  But does anybody have any tips for a new Tama owner?

Yes!  That is a very good way to describe it!  I can't wait for it to get here, they shipped it today!  Thank you for your support, everybody.  I appreciate every tip you give me!

I really don't know anything about V4's.  Like, what are the Characters?  Is there a growth chart?  Are those even OUT yet?  (I'm so behind.)  See, I just found a character list for V2's and V3's online and said, "Hey.  I want a V3!"  Couldnt' find one for V4.  I'll just have to wait and see what features it has.

LOL, yeah I see what you mean.  Well if you find a V4 you should pick it up.  It's more fun to have a new tamagotchi when not that much is known about it, and you kinda have to discover how to play it on your own. Smiley

Well, my V3 came in the mail today, December 27, so I pulled the tab right after I ate lunch!  I hatched a little Teletchi and named him Nix.  I finally figured out how to play the Get Notes game after a little while of feeding him snacks when he was sad.   Tongue  At the present time, little Nix is taking a nap and I'm waiting for him to wake up!

Later:  I don't know if you're allowed to double-post or not, so I'm editing this onto my old post.  Nix has recently become a Mizutamatchi!  He's so cute!  I happened to catch him rolling around on his head a little while ago.  Marutchi, from V1, did that also.  Do all Tamas have their own little animations?  Since changing, Nix has pooped once.  I cleaned it up the second I noticed (I'm working on a 700-piece puzzle) and then fed him and played with him.  He has 380 points, but I haven't been to Tamatown yet.  Further bulleting as events warrant!

I hope it's okay that I'm double-posting, but it won't let me edit my last post anymore.  Today (12/29) my Tama woke up like normal.  Less than one minute later, I heard the changing tune.  I looked down hurriedly as the screen blacked out and saw....

A Young Mametchi!  I'm so happy!   Grin  Nix looks so cute!  Of course, since he just woke up he went back to sleep for another hour.  I'm getting good at "Get Notes", but I'm not playing "Bump" at all because I wanted to keep Nix's weight down in case it affected my character.  Further bulleting as events warrant, LOL.

Oh, BTW, this all occurred right after my Tama's first b-day.

Admin Interruption:

If by double posting you mean having one post after another, in and of itself it isn't a problem. If the posts are in a topic you've created for logs for instance, you're more than likely going to have multiple posts without another author posting in between. No big deal.

Also, if the posts have a fair length of time between them, and have different content or comments, again, the double posting thing isn't a problem.

It only gets to be a problem when posts are 2 minutes (or less) apart, have one sentence (or less) within them, and really should have been amendments to a previous post.
