Thanks for the comment, Hamp!  Did you notice that you were my 300th reply?   Grin

I was correct; yesterday morning I had Tamababies to raise.  I named the V3 Cloud and the V2 Link (names provided by a friend of mine), and began to care for them.  Cloud is my 28th generation on the V3: WOW!  I'm almost to thirty, and I'm over a quarter of the way to 99.  That's pretty amazing!!

As part of my no-games regime, Cloud and Link's weights soared, and when they changed I wasn't sure what to expect.  I shouldn't have worried about much, as Cloud became a Mohitamatchi and Link turned into a Kinokomotchi.  I seem to be cursed.   Wink

Good guess, Hamp!  They are!

Well...this is kind of a sad post for me to write.  It's just that, as I told you a bit earlier, I really, really thought that things were going to slow down and permit me to raise my Tamas again.  The problem is that they haven't.  So, much as I hate to say this, until further notice I'm pausing my Tamagotchis.  I still love them very much, but I feel that my wanting to be with them might result in their deaths, the last thing that I would ever want for them.

If I can, I'll still be logging on occasionally to check up on everybody.  I'm really sorry!  I hope nobody's too disappointed in me.  I feel really ashamed about it, to be honest, but I think I have no choice.   Sad

Don't feel bad, all of us have times when things come up and we can't care for our Tamagotchis. I know I had a few months of no care taking because of busyness.

Well, hi, everyone!  It's been a while since you've heard from me, hasn't it?  I'm happy to say that I'm still alive and kicking, although I have been having a Tama-break.  However, yesterday evening something revitalized my Tama love, and despite my ever-hectic schedule I decided to go back and unpause Cloud and Link--everyone remembers them, right?  They were stuck in their teenage forms of Young Mimitchi and Hinatchi when I stopped raising temporarily.  To combat my forgetfulness when pausing, I've decided to leave the Tamas out by my contacts overnight, so that the next morning I can't help but notice them.

Today was rather amazing for me.  I felt like I was suddenly a bit more relaxed, a bit more calm....I knew that the second I got home I had two tiny, blinking virtual pets relying on me to survive.  Who knew that that knowlege would make me feel so much happier?  It was quite astonishing, at least for me.  The second I got home I unpaused my little pair, and they're bouncing around with me right now.

I might not update very often...in fact, I might go for months without updating, depending on how things are going for me.  Some uncontrollable circumstance might end my Tama-caretaking again.  But for now, I just wanted you all to know that I'm back!!   Grin

I know what you're talking about! It's an amazing feeling especially when everything else is just going downhill.

It's good to see you again. ;]

Thanks for the warm welcome-back, Seraphim!  It's great to see that you're still alive and kicking as well.   Grin

I don't really have that much to update, except for the fact that the Tamas turned two this afternoon.  It's true what I was saying in my last post, just the knowledge that they're running really does uplift one's entire day.  It's been so long that I've had them, I've just been sitting around, watching their animations with a sort of wonder.  Isn't that silly?  Just now Cloud asked for a snack, and I couldn't help but watch him eat the tart I gave him.  It was just this thought of, like, "Wow, look at that!  I forgot what that animation was like before!"  Anyways, good to see everybody.  Hopefully I'll be able to inform you when Cloud and Link become adults.  Until next time!

Hi everybody!  I have really important neeeews!   Grin  Cloud and Link became adults when I unpaused them just a couple minutes ago.  Link turned into Marumimitchi, which I wasn't quite expecting.  I'd come to the conclusion that Marumimitchi was the second-best even generation character, but, um, these guys both weigh 99lbs, and I've NEVER played a game with them.  Confusing?  Actually, the real shocker is Cloud.  I could hardly believe it.

He's a freaking Mimitchi.

Finally, my dream of getting a Mimitchi on the V3 has come true!  If anybody remembers (which we can't fault for failing to do so), when I first started these logs I was kind of on a "Quest for the V3 Mimitchi."  I was able to get it on the V2, but the V3 Mimitchi somehow eluded me.  I had given up a long time ago but then, just when I least suspected it, my "rebellious teenager" Cloud decided to give me a little treat.

I'll try to update when the Matchmaker comes.  Until then, I'll definitely be enjoying these two little friends of mine.  Who knew?  I decided to bring them back from pause, and it's almost like they're paying me back, in a weird sort of way.  "Thank you for playing with us, Chi, now here's your prize..."   Tongue

Congrats on finally getting Mimitchi on your V3! Maybe I should unpause my V4 and see what I get... ^^
