A little guide I made to answer all those "Which tamagotchi should I get?" questions. This does NOT include Tamaotch or Yasashii or any of those rare ones, as I havent got enough info about them. No, it won't include mini, or Digimon Tongue

***P1***

Ah, the original. The one that started it all. This one is very good if you know you won't have much time to play with it. The  game is simple, feeding it is simple, flushing it is simple.
Even the characters are simple! If you're bored easily, and want a big variety of games and activities to do with it, this one won't be so good for you.

***P2***

This one is just about the same as P1. The game is different however, and so is the food and characters. In my (and Kat's Tongue) opinion, this one has much cuter characters.

***Angelgotchi***

One of the best, definitely. This includes cute little animations, a fun game, and is all around fun. This has more characters, and 2 secret characters gotten from horrible/extra-horrible care, as
opposed to P1/P2's take-average-care-then-take-perfect-care secret character. This has a different growth too, as the baby stays for 24 hours!
If you want a special tamagotchi, a fun pet or just a collecter's item, this is for you.

***Morino/Garden***

This was scrapped in America, and came in 4 different colors, this is another awesome tamagotchi. This one include an all new "predator" feature. A predator will want to eat your tama. You need to tap the screen repeatedly
or even scream to scare the predator away. If you're not ready to do that, stay away from this tama. Though the characters are cute and it's fun, there are some downsides such as the annoying overhead view that appears
every 5 seconds.

***Osutchi and Mesutchi***

The first mateable tamagotchis. These came together, included a fair amount of cute characters, and the game was very simple. Simple enough to play the game with both Osu and Mesu at the same time!
This is truly a fun tamagotchi that can last you a very long time. The mating scene is very entertaining, too.

***Ocean/Umino***

This tamagotchi is VERY hard to raise. If you haven't gotten Mimitchi/Mametchi more than 2 times, gotten the secret Angelgotchi character more than once, or if you've gotten the unmateables in Osu/Mesu (when you're taking
your normal care, not purposely trying to get a bad character) then this tama will truly be a challenge to raise. Even Kat has only gotten it up to about age 8. Still, the characters are cute, but the game is a CHALLENGE.
This tama is mostly good for a challenge, but not for a pet that you're gonna check up on every hour or 2.

***Tamagotchi Connection***

This is the first tamagotchi that could connect. This includes playing games, giving presents and mating! The tamagotchi also included many new characters, and some familiar characters that we all know and love.
Very good, and if you have lots of people who also have it, it's even more fun.

***Tamagotchi Keitai***

Heh. This one is a very fun tamagotchi with a cool shop and many new characters to keep ye busy. Apparently Nazotchi is available on this tamagotchi according to the manual!
This was the first tamagotchi to include shop/gotchi points, so have fun! Tongue

***Tamagotchi Connection Version 2***

This, in my opinion, is one of the best tamagotchis of all time. It had many characters restored that we all know and love such as Pochitchi, Ginjirotchi, and many more. The connection feature was improved too,
with being able to choose wether we want to do a game or give a present. There's a shop too where you can buy all sorts of things for your tama. You can also wrap gifts for your friend, which makes it easier
when your friend wants to use something for a second and can't find it in the shop or afford it. This tama is awesome and I reccomend it.

***Entama***

This is a VERY good tamagotchi indeed! Jobs, school, kindergarten, stats, and an online Tamatown that your tama can "connect" to. Has many cute characters and fun games each one giving you different stats,
this tamagotchi will keep you busy for a VERY long time.

***Tamagotchi Connection Version 3***

Okay, so many people won't agree, but I did NOT like this tamagotchi very much. It was glitchy, took out many awesome characters, recycled many characters, and only had 6 new characters which
weren't cute. However, it had SOME form of Tamatown and had fun games, with some cute characters. I'm sorry, but IMO, this isn't the best one if you're expecting clean performance and
super-cuteness. =/

***Tamagotchi Connection Version 4***
*can't find picture, if you can find a picture of a v4, PM me Smiley*

The newest tamagotchi version (that I'm gonna mention here Tongue). Finally, it has jobs, kindergarten, and school, with stats. It's almost like an english entama! They still recycled a lot, but that's okay.
No glitches found yet, and many cute characters are now back. This one is awesome, but in the US, you can't find it very often yet.

Hope you enjoyed the guide Smiley

Pretty good.  You left out some, like Mothra, TamaOtch, Gijinctch (sp?) and Uratama.  It's okay though.  Keep up the good work!

Define "glitchy" in reference to the V3.  Is there more than one glitch?  What do they make your Tama do?  Anybody?
