I chose the name Jiro bcos, its my real name Tongue
"Jiro Namishima" heheh ^^

Psst. Jirojiro means "to stare at" in japanese

Alexa: Is that girl in your avatar the Flying type Gym Leader from Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald?

now back to topic;

Kokuma is japanese, "ko kuma" means "bear cub" or "child bear" but word kokuma is mistyped. It should be koGUMA as when words connect, the beginning consonant of 2nd word 'softens', like K becomes G, T becomes D and that way.
But I created this nickname before I knew about that connected words rule in japanese language, back in 2001 or something, so I haven't corrected the typo in Kokuma as it sounds better than grammar-wise Koguma  Grin

I thought so. Her dress is somewhat similar to Princess Nausicaa's from 1984 Hayao Miyazaki movie "Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind"

Nausicaa in her Mehwe(*) suit;

(*) Mehwe is an air gliding device the ppl of Valley of Wind use, though Nausicaa is only one who was seen riding a Mehwe in the movie. In the manga (=comic) version couple of other Valley of Wind citizens was seen riding on wind with Mehwe.

If you watch the end credits of Nausicaa, those little girls can be seen swooping around in gliders.   Cheesy  They're so adorable!

Hey, you're so right about Winona's dress.  I thought that when I first saw her, too.

Ha, my name happens to sort of relate to Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. I loved little Teto the Foxsquirrel so much around the time I saw the movie, but since it's pronounced as a long a I thought it was spelled Tato. About a month later, I found out I was wrong, but the name Tato stuck. aaand... I dunno. -chan is a Japanese name ending thing. Yeah. XD

(My apologies if I shouldn't be bumping thread thread...it's awful interesting, though.)

This forum is the first time I've used the name 'Priestess of Syrinx'... Before I've used the name 'redfox32228' a lot (Neopets, Freewebs, etc.), other one-time appearances have been cowsmooalot, Fox The Great (both the same user on PsyPets because of their weird name system), MacarenaDude(RuneScape) and others.

(Now you have all my contacts.)

As for Priestess of Syrinx...
Rush is an awesome band.
2112 is an awesome story.
The Priests of the Temples of Syrinx are characters in 2112.
That's kind of long.
I shortened it and made it female.
Now I am Priestess of Syrinx.
