I visited Saturday TRU the first time of my life (only 2 TRU's in Finland, both opened after September 2006) and looked for Tamas in there.

They had only V3s, barely dozen of them and now V4s yet.

Maybe they are getting rid of V3s before they buy V4s in. As V4 is not yet officially released in Europe (except Spain)
