OK, I wasn't going to get this game and I WASN'T going to get hooked into it...ahem...

I bought Nintendo DS Metal Blue and as it was only available as a bundle with Nintendogs Labrador (DS Lite is too iPod-looking and tiny for my large hands Tongue) I got the virtualpuppygame with it.

As I'm a *BIT* too old for virtual puppies and wrong gender for the whole thing I wasn't going to start the game. I was going to sell it away in mint condition.

But then I wanted to see it's interactive features and now I have male Shiba puppy named Daigo who's rather good in frisbee catching and funny female "offroad sausage" Welsh Corgi Pembroke named Dana who's specialized in agility.

Heh...

I have Nintendogs, it's a very cute game!

I have 2 dogs, Teddy (Golden Retriever) and Arjen (Yorkshire Terrier). They were named after my old pets, I do miss them a lot, but it's nice to have them once again.. even if only in digital form.

I was thinkig about buying a Nintendo DS but then I decided not to and insted save my money. So luckily for me, EA released The Sims 2 Pets so I could play with dogs too just in a different way.  Cheesy

Nintendogs is another DS game on my X-mas list! I'm planning on getting "dalmation and Friends", but I'm not sure. What do you guys think the best nintendogs game is?

Dalmatian & Friends has mix of most popular breeds picked from other Nintendogs versions plus of course - dalmatian - which have been almost impossible to unlock in other versions. Now it's one of the "starting" breeds.

HERE'S helpful information which version has which breeds from the very start and which are obtainable in which version.

Cuteness! Although I am a total cat person, if I had to get a dog in real life, it might be a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They're my second choice after the Tibetan Spaniel, which I think is the ultimate cuteness in a dog. My boyfriend is allergic to cats, so I might have to settle for the canine, which isn't really settling at all.  Smiley

It's been so long since I've played my Nintendogs game! I bought it when it first came out and I absolutely LOVED it. My favourite dogs are Golden Retrievers, so I bought the Daschund and Friends version (I think). It's been a while since I've played... I want to go back to it now.

My trainer points was over 58000, if I remember correctly, and I managed to unlock both the Dalmatian and the Jack Russel terrier. I find the Dalmatians really cute. ^_^

Heh, my sister and I both have it, and she gave me a bunch of items exclusive to her version for unlocking the Dalamtian in her game.

I love my DS... It's beat-up and got a few problems with the speakers and microphone, but it's mine. <33

Do Nintendo of Canada have some kind of repair system for their videogame consoles? You should try to get info how much they charge for mic/speaker repair and send it to them so you get your beloved DS healthy and happy for the Christmas =)
