After you get to know more about cooking, you'll enjoy it. ^^

Yup, especially after you've had some successes.

I tried to bake a pizza but overcooked it so badly that it turned brown. They called it chocolate pizza and still tease me about it to this day.

I enjoy new recipes for cooking or baking.
And here is, of course, my
SnickerDoodle recipe!!
INGREDIENTS:1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar (white)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 beaten egg
2 TBsp cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Sift together first 4 dry ingredients. Add in the butter, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix. Beat in the egg.
In separate small bowl, mix the 2 TBsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Roll dough into balls. Ping pong ball size (
or smaller) is a good choice and then roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Dip the base in flour to prevent sugar from burning and then gently press down each one just slightly in place on the pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or less. Cool slightly on a rack. Put in container while they're still a little warm to retain moisture.
Makes 10 to 12 cookies depending upon size.
