I LOVED YOUR STORY! And I love frogs!  How cool that your tadpoles turned into frogs!  I've had tadpoles before and they didn't turn into frogs (maybe I was just impatient) but It was sad because one time I had a couple tadpoles, and they were in a tank, and it unexpectedly frosted that night and got really cold..Well, when I found them the next morning, they were frozen solid in a huge cube of ice.  I felt so horrible.

I used to have frogs all the time when I was a kid though, because we lived really close to a pond so I would find them all the time, keep em for a few days, and then let them go..Sometimes i kept them until they died..which wasn't good but I was little. heh.  I would go to the pond and catch grasshoppers, crickets, and other bugs for them to eat..and I even have pictures with alot of them..

Last summer me and my neighbors caught like 2 bullfrogs, which were ADORABLE! I gave them hugs, and pet them and they were so cute..We caught bugs for them too..they were really cool..but one day my sister let them go.. blah. We woulda let them go anyways..but yeah..

Wow I'm rambling..But I have a question- What did you feed the tadpoles?  When we had ours I looked online and it said to feed them lettuce?  But I don't think it worked that well..
