Ahh okay, I've read some wrong information then..

We just wait until age 7 and we had no problem of getting ours to mate at that age =)

Actually you were partly right, Mimitchi.

Oto and Oji are not compatible with adult stage characters, only with each other (= oldies), and there appears Oyajitchi if you get to mate them.

I think this Oyajitchi things is joke which understanding is easier if you are common with japanese society.
Like, Oto and Oji are old couple whose only son (Oyajitchi) doesn't have wife or kid(s), he has only his work and that's all his life.
He even has cafein-ism after drinking so much coffee to stay awake with all his extra work in late hours Grin

Aw, I didn't intend to give a correcting impression if I have given that. I too used to believe that, but then realised that 2 days after having an adult, they would mate if they liked each other enough, and they were both in the same adult/oldie stage, and were different genders. :p

Ahh! So now that makes sense  Wink Our tama's were adults for only about 10 hours when we started, and then we tried again the next morning, so by then they were adults both for about 24 hours.

But my tama was able to have a baby with my friend's tama that morning (mine was an adult for about 24 hours, hers for about 48 hours).  Does this mean that as long as one has been an adult for more than 48 hours, the match is good?

Looks like it. Smiley I once got my tamas to mate a day early because I used the love potion. Smiley
