Well, I recently got a nice fat check from my family, (I finally finished my schooling) and I was wondering if some people would give me their opinions on Tamas they would purchase. Im considering getting one of the more rare tamas from Ebay...but maybe I should just wait until January for the V4s? Are there any tamas that no owner should go without? Im just looking for everyone's personal favorite tamas.
The only one's Ive ever owned were the first and second generation tamas, but that was years ago and I have no idea whatever became of them. Besides that, I got a V1 Connection when they first came out, which I still have today although honestly I didnt care for it as much as I do for the two V3's I also own.
What does everyone recommend?

or a Morino perhaps I recommend that for everyone ^__^
or you can wait for the V4...

IMO, I think the Angelgotchi is a really fun virtual pet.  The characters are cute, the game is pretty good, and they have alot of secret characters that aren't hard to get.  My second favorite tamagotchi would have to be Gen 1 because they're so old school, and original that I love them to death..and I have so many memories of them that when I pick one up, I get nostalgia of the old days when I was in kindgergarten and elementary school.

Hmm morino, mesu & osu are always the ones I recommend. Definitly some of my all time favorites.

If you wanna go oldschool, P1's and P2's and mesu and osu pairs like mimitchi said are awesome. The Angels are pretty nice too If you don't have one yet and wanna try something a little different get an entama or uratama. They are great!

I'd have to say Mesu/Osu... the characters are super cute and I love waiting for them to have babies ^_^

I think you should get a V4!     If you don't feel like waiting that long, go for a V3 or V2 (they have cute characters!).  Or go with Mimitchi, and get a Mesu/Osu.

i think v4 is a great one to get  i've heard many interesting things about it like getting a job, going to school and gettin mail  i'd prefer to wait til january to get one!

I've always reaaaaaly like the Tamagotchi Ocean myself. Yeah it's a lot harder to raise but the characters are really neat and cute and it's an hand held aquarium kinda you know?

But if you want somthing easy to care for you can't go wrong with an Angelgotchi. They aren't very demanding at all, and they are even cuter than the orrigional Tama's ( I think so anyway) and it's got the really neat twin angel secret character. That's the first secret character I ever had and I had no idea about it when I had it. So you can imagion how happy it made me.


Of course, V1's are good. Just make sure to get one that isn't of the first wave colors as those are defective. I've never played with a V2 and the V3's are really really nice. Or just wait and get a V4.

I'll even mention somthing that's not strictly a Tama. Get yourself an old school Digimon if you want to try somthing different.
