I was fooling with Finnish search engine WWW.FI and tried word "tamagotchi" in it.

I got tons of links to Finnish e-shops selling Tamagotchi Corner Shop game for Nintendo DS, but from the list of links I found;

Looks like it is official Bandai software, don't know what characters there is thou.

Jamba, the cellphone downloads service that has this Tama cellphone game in it's web service is originally European (Deutch?) company, which has later wided their services all over the world.

I tried to find this Tamagotchi cellphone software from Australian, UK and USA Jamster pages, with no results.

I didn't know there was Tamagotchi game for cellphone released in 2000's

wow very cute. I've never heard of this either, guess it never got a wide release.

I actually just bought a very similar version of this for my Cingular phone.
It's quite fun so far, though I'm not yet sure if it's going to be a drain on my cell battery.  Augh.

Anyway, the game runs through Java, so you shouldn't have trouble finding it through most service providers.
