Hey everybody. I'm just new at this

I just got a new hand-me-down Tamagotchi V6. It was from my sister's friend. She gave it to me because she doesn't know how to take care of it. She bought it last December and according to her, never knew how to use it so she plainly ignored it. (Don't know what happened when she ignored it though, did it just die and then freezed? I'm new at this  )

So yeah, my sister brought it home then gave it to me. It was a Hitodetchi. I just got it last night. Then earlier this afternoon (about 5 or 6pm) It suddenly evolved to a Ringotchi. I didn't noticed at first 'cause I was busy doing something but when I looked at the screen, it became this apple thing (It's a girl btw) I looked it up in the internet and it says that the RINGOTCHI is a teenager.

So a teenager right? And being a teenager it has to form a band and go to music school right? But the problem is, when I go to the door and pick the AWAY button, the tamagotchi lets out the NO sound. Like 'no you can't do that' sound. That's kinda my problem 

And about the item codes, I can't find one here in the internet. I can't work that out also.

And oh, oh one last question. When I press 'B' it shows the clock and above that it show 2/3. what's the meaning of that?

Yes, it will go to music school, but first it has to be visited by the teacher who should arrive shortly after your Tamagotchi becomes a teenager. Then you'll be able to freely go to the 'AWAY' selection and go to music school.
The 2/3 above the clock is the data you set when you reset the Tamagotchi. To change it, hold down A and press C in the screen and you can change it from there. It is Month/Day format.
