Good luck with the ebay auction, but you should know that V5s are kind of glitchy. When the batteries get low, they reset.

Yeah I've heard of the glitchiness...but meh, I'm cool with it...this tama was a really good price, so I'll just deal with the resetting if it happens...if anything, at least I'll have it in my collection!

Hey all!

Okies, so quite a lot has happened in the past few days...

MOCHI ---> GIOVANNI

Firstly, Mochi had a few changes...he get himself a wifey, a cute little Onputchi! They had themselves an adorable little Petitchi named Giovanni...all went well in their world for a day or so...Mochi also switched his genre to Classical Music and was able to win a 1st ranking award for that genre as well...which was cool...ALSO, at the end there, he was getting himself pretty famous...to the ridiculous point that people were just coming over and knocking on the door and giving him tons of cash...he was up to over 200 million gotchi points. No joke. The problem is, I couldn't spend them all...before Mochi decided to bite it.

So Giovanni the Petitchi was left to take over his father's career, only with NO POINTS...Seriously, a crap flaw in the design. What is the point of giving me 200 million gotchi points when I can't spend them, then take them away just when I have a new baby to care for and I REALLY need them?!?!?!?!!? Bandai, you FAIL.

So Giovanni just evolved a few minutes ago into a little Kuribotchi...I really hope Giovanni evolves into a Kuromametichi, who is a seriously cute guy! Wish me luck!! Giovanni's genre is Hip Hop, and he's currently got:

Hans had to say goodbye to his father Kai, who stuck around for quite a long time...I think it was 10 days! He's evolved into a Hashitamatchi...this teen reminds me so much of my first tama ever...a P2, which I worshiped like a little plastic god...hehehe. I love his little ducky face! He's a real pain in the butt right now...his happy hearts empty pretty quickly, yet he refuses to play games! And I don't want to cram his face full of snacks to keep him happy and then watch him have a coronary...meh.

FUU

Fuu is pretty chill. He doesn't eat much. Doesn't poop much. Doesn't get pissed. He's laid back.

MAROTCHI

13 days. THIRTEEN. This tama is pretty old. Poor lady. She still doesn't have herself a husband yet...I think she may be past her child-bearin' years....I may have to put her in a granny home soon...

Heya!

The tamas have been on pause for a few days due to some personal stuffs and goings-on...I'm headed back to the UK in about a month!!! So happy!!! I love to travel, but I'm not looking forward to my 5th 9-hour flight....blehhhh...good thing I'll have some tams to play with this time!

Speaking of tams, I have just begun bidding on a second Tam...a P1!!! It's an amazing deal, and I really hope that I win this one...I've been really reluctant to bid on any US P1s because as soon as one is listed on ebay, the masses attack and it turns into an all-out war (from what I've seen)...I'm still not savvy enough with ebay to get aggressive with bidding yet...but so far I'm at the top of this bid, so things are looking up!

WISH ME LUCK! I am just giddy at the prospect of owning a P1 again!

Another ebay update!!

So far I'm still the top bidder for my P1...omggggggggggg just a little under 2 days left!!!  happy!

I also went nuts this morning and purchased a V4 on ebay for only 5 bucks (that's including shipping as well) yay!!! So woohoo for new tamas!!!

I WON THE AUCTION!!! I am still in a state of shock...I haven't owned a P1 in seriously over a decade...I am so giddy right now!!!

And as if that weren't cool enough, I found a P2 as well for another great price! GUUUUH I don't know if I've not really been looking in the past or if this is just beginner's ebay luck, but I've been finding TONS of amazing deals lately, it's scary.

WOW.

It's been almost an entire YEAR since I've updated! Sadly, my hobbies have had to take a backseat to other things going on: I've separated from my husband and we are getting a divorce...we'll always be best friends, but we aren't meant for each other. But I don't want to dwell on that sad stuff; this is a happy Tamagotchi log!

So I guess I should bring you up to speed on my Tama Collection now...I've got:

I've pretty much had all of these running at some point; I think the only one I've not logged is the Familitchi V5...and everyone's who's told me it's glitchy as heck is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. It's one of the cutest and most FUN tams I've ever played with, but when the batteries go, then you're SCREWED.

As soon as I can round up some spare cash for a few batteries, I'll pop some in to these poor dead tams! Right now, I've only got my P2 running, and my Music Star...WHOSE BATTERIES ARE STILL RUNNING AFTER BEING ON PAUSE FOR ALMOST A YEAR. MOTHER OF GOD.

I've named this guy after Jacob Black from Twilight (not a big fan of the franchise, but I have the hots for Jacob Black)...he was just hatched about an hour before I started typing this...I find the P1s are so adorable for nostalgia's sake, but as far as their "fun" factor goes...they are sadly a bit dull compared to the newer versions...I love their size, however...they're so tiny! Jake is still in babyitchi mode; hopefully he'll evolve soon...he's such a fussy demanding little man!!!

UK version Music Star: "GIOVANNI" 

My Togetchi Giovanni is COMPLETELY MAXED OUT...perfect stats...999 all across the board...tons of gotchi points and a beautiful family!!! His wife is a Chantotchi and they have a lovely baby Petitchi! Not much more to say...they can't possibly get any happier!!!
