The new version Tamagotchi iD is now up for pre-order on eBay.  It's very, VERY expensive:

That's a green one, but there are five other colours: purple, blue, pink, yellow and white.

$110! 
I'm going to wait until the price comes down a bit, I think.

Unfortunately not methinks. I just started my new job Monday and haven't gotten first pay yet lol. We'll have to see once I get debt under control.

I know, it seems like a crazy price to pay for a new release tama.  I think once it's been released and more sellers are offering it, the price will come down to something slightly more sensible (and affordable).  The purple iD is a thing of beauty, mind you... *dribbles*

Yeah I got lucky with the TMGC Colour purchase since it was done in a trade so I saved like 60-80 dollars XD

But didn't some people pay even more than that for the original colour? I was hoping to get two for Christmas but there so expensive... so then I was looking at the prices for the regular colours and the price went from around $35 to $50! Oh well I would like to see how this one works first before I buy it

this new update is hard to ignore, I think it's a brilliant new concept! It gives more "life" to tamagotchi
