Oh mighty king of essay posts, I bow.

I agree with the feel that you need free time to play with tamagotchi. I just today was playing with my music star, and though it is fun, I hate having to spend hours of time cranking up the stats just so my tama can make his pro debut. It's the same with the job system, which I eventually completely gave up on. I go to school, too, and the only time I can really play with my tamas is on weekends and holidays!

On a side note, I suppose the v4 was a decent balance, but the job system was awful, and the games were very long and boring. The v4.5 was a little better, as it had better games, but there was still the job system. Tamagotchi are getting far too complicated. I would much rather go back to the original with the random variations, like Morino, than continue on the path tamagotchi are currently on. I want the pets back!

I just recently had a weekend where I went on a hike, and I brought all my tamas with me. I liked the way that felt. My tamas felt like pets, rather than people or games. It was nice. I want more moments like that. Sadly, that was only for a day, and now I have to wait until my Thanksgiving break from school to play with the tamas again.

Not so long and essay post this time, but inspiration shall strike. Wink
