Well, looks like I only achieved 1/3 of my character hopes. Technically it's 2/3, but I got the character on the Tama on which I wasn't aiming for it.
Oliver was the first to change. I was expecting a Nyorotchi, but instead he was a Kuchipatchi. Just like Groove. I'm not too unhappy about it. But I guess I wasn't neglectful enough.
Till was the second to change. I was so happy when he made the change into Ginjirotchi. I felt like all my hard work had paid off. He dances around the screen like a little ballet dancer, which is ironic considering the person he's named after is like a super manly German guy with a loud booming voice. Right now, Till is my fave out of the 3 P1's.
Then this evening, Richard changed. I was expecting (and hoping for) a Masktchi, but much to my surprise, he became...a Nyorotchi. This completely ruined my theory of Nyorotchi coming exclusively from Kuchitamatchi. Perhaps I need to go back to the drawing board and look at my theory and fix all the errors. But what I'm wondering is what I did wrong. I let him beep at me for attention and only disciplined him 50%. That's exactly how to get a Masktchi from a Tamatchi...right? In this case, it was wrong.
Maggi became a Maidtchi and she now has a job as a florist. The flower game is actually kind of fun. I'd go play it right now but Maggi's sleeping. I'm liking her Maidtchi form a lot. She's the most adorable little thing. I will eventually have to mate her though. That's just how the Tamagotchi life goes.
Pictures tomorrow, now that all 3 of the P1's are adults.

I haven't posted in a while. I know that. I have a good reason. The day of my last post I was beginning to come down with a nasty, nasty, NASTY cold. I wasn't online much, and when I was I was wasting my time on Facebook chatting with friends. Meanwhile, my Tamas weren't receiving the best care because I was sleeping a lot. This caused Richard and Oliver to leave me on the same day at 8 and 9 years old respectively, and Till to leave me at 13. I'm mostly recovered now; I had lost my voice which is 90% back and I have a cough but otherwise I'm feeling top diggity dog.
So on my blue Tama I hatched Twitch: 3 times. See, my blue Tama only has one screw in the back and for some reason all of a sudden the battery cover wasn't pushing the batteries in far enough which ended up in it resetting several times. I fixed it by putting Scotch tape over the battery cover which is working out well, and it's easy to remove if I need to change the battery. So I'm currently on my 3rd Twitch. At the moment he is a baby; he hasn't gotten sick yet but he pooped once. He's a happy happy happy little Babytchi.
I held off the hatching of my green Tama until this morning. I hatched Louie, who is about 10 seconds younger than Twitch. His status is currently the same. Nothing much to say about Louie at this point. So, on to my purple Tama. On Saturday, I hatched Phineas. I've been taking so-so care of him because of my having been sleeping all the time, so he became a Kuchitamatchi. I'm just going to play it natural from there, not really aiming for a specific character. At the moment, Phineas is sleeping. Which is something I'd like to be at the moment
Maggi left some time last week and left me with her baby girl (another girl
) Leela, named after the character from Futurama. She was a Harutchi as a toddler which led her into the Mame family. She was a Ringotchi (like Maggi) and I chose to raise her to be a Marotchi, which she became yesterday evening. I'm short one training bar; apparently that didn't affect Leela's adult transformation which is good. I think the Marotchi character is adorable. Leela looks like a little geisha. Today she'll be getting a job. I'm excited for that.
So that's my post for today. I hope you weren't getting too anxious.

I have a new Tama to add to this log, but first I'll give you an update on Leela. She passed her very first job interview and is now a firefighter. I'm still trying to get the gist of the game but that will come with time.
So today I powered up my V5. I bought a new battery for it this afternoon while I went out to get my mother some medicine. I pushed the download button because I wanted to see where I had left off last time. I found three babies, a Mimifuwatchi, an Omututchi, and a Futabatchi. The first and the third are female, the Omututchi is male. I had named them the "Doom" family. Pretty cool name. The babies became Tororotchi, Mousetchi, and Belltchi respectively. I named the Tororotchi Dixie, the Mousetchi Dino, and the Belltchi Desi. All D names to go with their last name. They had one training session today playing with a deck of cards, but their bond is still at 0%. I played with my V5 for such a short time that I can't remember how to increase the bond. If anyone would like to tell me, then leave a comment. Your help would be much appreciated.

Today is beginning to be an exciting day already. First let's begin with the P1's. Today is their transformation day. I'm expecting it any second now. Twitch should be a Mametchi and Louie should be a Masktchi. As for Phineas...he is no more. He became a Nyorotchi a few days back and left me two days ago. He was 7. I haven't hatched another one on my purple Tama yet.
And now I have some exciting news about my V4. Well, the second part is exciting. When I went to mate Leela the first time, the Matchmaker brought out...a series of random pixels. Then the display disappeared. and I hit reset and download to get things back to normal again. The next day, the Matchmaker came a second time. She came out with...an Otokitchi. In the Tamagotchi world there's no such thing as homosexuality so I knew there was some kind of Matchmaker glitch. So...I reset. But I hit reset to try and fix the glitch. That means I had to start all over again, but I DON'T regret it. I hatched me a baby boy named Chuck. He was a Mohitamatchi and very cute and fun to have around. Then this morning it happened: he became a YOUNG KUCHIPATCHI! My first Kuchi teen ever! So what will become of Chuck, you ask? I am going to make him a Nonbiritchi. That is, once he'll finally play. He's too thin. But when Mr. Canvas comes along he'll be rolling in those kindness/social points. Party!
Now...my V5. They made it up to 50% bonding before they became adults. Dixie went from Shelltchi to Yonepatchi, Dino went from Kurokotchi to Nemutchi, and Desi went from Chamametchi to Onputchi. But here's my question. I trained the guys every time they called for it, so how did they only end up with 50% bonding? There must be some sort of trick to it. I will do my homework and read up on the subject (I thought I'd never say that again now that I'm a high school grad XD).
When Twitch and Louie change I will post the results here.

The results of my P1 evolutions were what one would call "undesired". Twitch became Kuchipatchi, and Louie became Nyorotchi. This taught me something. Snacks DO matter. They do in the teen years, anyway. Because I never played with either one of them (I was so busy with Chuck), they both became unhealthy characters due to excessive consumption of snacks. Louie left two days ago. Twitch is still with me. I still need to hatch both the green and purple Tama's. I will do that tomorrow. I'm personally surprised that Twitch is living so long because I've been neglecting him.
So like I said earlier, I was trying to make Chuck into a Nonbiritchi. He became a Kuchipatchi yesterday and this morning, he became this:
http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u61/misfitskid1191/mynonbititchi.jpg
I was so happy. I still am. Compared to how I've been taking care of my other Tama's, I've been spoiling the heck out of Chuck. I played with him so much yesterday and the day before and the day before. I feel that my devoted attention to Chuck resulted in Louie's departure. But nevertheless I am proud of my Nonbiritchi. Now the only secret character I need to obtain is Tensaitchi; I had Makiko a couple years back.
Today was Dixie's day to mate. I mated her with a Mukugetchi and she became a Mamapatchi. She had a boy and a girl, Dominic and Dory respectively. Dominic is a Mattaritchi, and Dory is a Tororotchi. They are officially a Laid-Back Family. I think the Laid-Back characters are the cutest.
So that's my newsflash for today. Stay tuned, folks.

Twitch left two days ago. He was 11; quite impressive for a Kuchipatchi. On my green Tama that day, I hatched Russell. He is currently a Marutchi and is apt to change some time this afternoon. I haven't disciplined him at all; not on purpose however. So I'm expecting a Kuchitamatchi. But I could be wrong. This morning I hatched Horace on my blue Tama. He is a sleeping Marutchi. I just moved to the east coast so all my Tamas are now on Eastern time. The only thing I missed in Horace's baby stage was turning the lights out for his nap. Otherwise, semi-perfect care. I want a Mametchi out of him. Wish me luck.
Chuck is still with me. All I can do right now is enjoy his company in his present form. He's still a little young to mate I think. I really want something I can make a Tensaitchi out of on my next generation.
Dominic and Dory have faced a lot of neglect but they still managed to become Korokotchi and Shelltchi. I'm vowing to take better care. Right now. They're only at 10% training. Well that's it for today.

It certainly has been a while. I just moved across country and I'm hotel bound for the next three weeks while my new house is being refurbished. So here I sit in the hotel lobby, giving you the much-needed update on my little creatures.
On Twitch's unit I hatched Horace, who went from Tamatchi to Ginjirotchi. I was aiming for Mametchi but no such luck. He's been very good and fun to have around. On my purple Tama I hatched Farrah, currently a Tamatchi. I'm aiming for Masktchi so I can turn her into the secret character, which would be very strange. She's named after Farrah Fawcett, so it's weird to picture Farrah Fawcett in Bill Clinton's body. Ahahaha...anyway. Russell went from Kuchitamatchi to Tarakotchi and left last night. This morning I hatched Jackson. Jackson's been pretty easy. Probably because I've been lazy with him. I want him to be a Kuchipatchi so I'm on the right track.
Chuck's son Tony is currently in my care as of this afternoon. He is a Puchitchi, so he could be either Mame or Meme. I'm hoping for Mame so he can be a Tensaitchi. If not, the Meme family has a lot of cute forms for the boys. If he becomes Meme then my desired Tama will be Tosakatchi. So far he's got two training bars and 8 intelligence points, 4 fashion/arts points, and 9 kindness/social points. Which makes me wonder if whether he has more intelligence or fashion/arts points that will determine which family he lands in as a teenager. I will continue to test this theory in future generations. Maybe this theory will actually pan out, unlike my last theory about the P1's.
A few days ago, I figured out exactly why my V5 didn't last long; it's boring after the first generation. So I put that battery into my long-defunct V3. I hatched a boy named Mac, who went from Mizutamatchi to Obotchi to Mametchi, despite not having perfect care. I always used to get horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE characters on my V3. From Masktchi to Warusotchi, from Kurokotchi to Sekitoritchi, I had the worst characters ever on my V3. So it's cool to see the face of a Mametchi. Fingers crossed I'll be seeing another one soon.
I also powered up my V2, which I never really got the feel of because the battery ran out so quickly. I hatched Jadis, who is currently a Young Mametchi. But I've been neglecting her quite a bit. I made her sick from lack of happy hearts once. Other than that I haven't played any games with her because the V2 games are extremely difficult. I anticipate her final transformation tomorrow.
So that's what's become of my Tamagotchi's. Long post, but there's a lot to tell.

I'm going to open this post with some bad news about Jackson. His unit reset by itself and the battery died. I am currently trying to find the proper screwdriver to open up his shell so I can hatch him again. Horace and Farrah are good and annoying, respectively. Horace is just a pleasure to have around. After Farrah's transformation into Nyorotchi today, my anticipation turned into frustration. I thought I had played the game enough for her to not be all sickly and slimy like. I thought I cared for her in time for her not to get sick so she wouldn't end up half duck, half reptile. I've seriously about had it with Nyorotchi's. All I can do from here is learn from my mistakes. I'm sure I could pinpoint where I went wrong and fix it because of how knowledgeable I am about Tamagotchi's.
So it looks like Tony will not be a Tensaitchi. He turned into Gourmetchi yesterday and he's been a pleasure to have around. He is to be a Tosakatchi. He met Mr. Turtlepedia yesterday and the two have been studying together a few times a day. I've been playing the shape game too. That game is my personal favorite because it's not hard or repetitive like the dance and flag games are, respectively. I like the Gourmetchi stage a lot so I will be sad when Tony changes tomorrow, but I'm definitely looking forward to my first Tosakatchi as well. He's got one more training bar to go. You can do it, little man.
Mac is doing fine. I have, however, been a bit negligent, which isn't terrible now that he's an adult. He shall mate tomorrow. I hope he finds a nice girl Tama to make babies with. Not much to say about Mac right now, but he is definitely fun to have around. His form is a reflection of my care for him in the early days.
Jadis is a Whaletchi. Very unhealthy character. I knew it was going to happen. Until I can get better at the V2 games I will never get a decent character on that unit If anyone has suggestions on how to win the games that would be much appreciated. Until tomorrow.

Horace's unit reset by itself. This seems to be a recurring problem with my Tamagotchi's. He left at about 12 or 13 and I hatched Eduardo, who is currently a Tamatchi. His infant stage was particularly traumatic for him; I had completely forgot about him for the hour and I found him to be a very sick Marutchi with two poops next to him. After that I tried to take good care of him. Besides missing a discipline, I did pretty well with him. I want him to be a Masktchi. And the secret character. Hopefully I can do it while avoiding Nyorotchi-ism. Speaking of Nyorotchi, Farrah is long gone. I'm waiting until I can replace the battery before I hatch a new one because the buttons are growing continuously unresponsive. I'm praying it's not a hardware problem. Still no proper screwdriver, so Jackson's unit is also inactive.
Tony Tosakatchi had a baby girl today. I'm sick of having girls because I've had all the Mame and Meme female characters. I know this is horrible but if she becomes Mame or Meme I'm going to reset. Tony won't care. He'll be long gone. Tony is enjoying his last few days as a news reporter and is making some much-deserved Gotchi points.
Mac had a baby girl who I named Darby. I'm not a big fan of the name Darby but I was out of girl names and my baby brother was watching My Friends Tigger and Pooh at the time so I named her Darby. She's on pause right now because I need to find the appropriate time and place for her infancy. As soon as my brother stops bugging me I'll go through with it. He is 3 and is fascinated by my Tamagotchi's. He always asks who is who and what they need. He wants to be just like me; he wants to carry around six Tamagotchi's at a time and be a ballerina. I wonder if this is just a phase. Anyway, I'm probably going to unpause Darby some time tomorrow so stay tuned for V3 news.
I did it. I killed Jadis. Not on purpose, of course. She had a baby girl yesterday and because her happy hearts empty about once every half hour it seems, she kept getting sick from lack of happiness. Today it finally killed her and her baby. I'm so bad. I'm hating my V2 right now. I might put the battery into one of my V1's. I just don't know. Maybe I'll give it another chance.

Well now, much has changed since my last post. Regarding my P1's, I only have 2 running right now because my green one's screw is messed up and I need to take it into a hardware store to get it fixed. My blue Tama is holding the angel of Adrian, another Nyorotchi. I wasn't really aiming for anything specific with him. I never heard him call for discipline so it resulted in him becoming a Nyorotchi. If this wasn't bad enough, my purple Tama named Norman became a Tarakotchi for the same reason. It's hard to get good characters on my purple one because the B button is extremely unresponsive. I can't do anything about it now obviously so I'm just going to have to deal.
I'm excited to say that I now have 2 V4's. I finally got my glow-in-the-dark V4 the other day and it's holding a Young Androtchi named Ivan. I'm planning to make him a Zukyutchi. Why not a Tensaitchi you ask? Well...I already have one. On my other V4 I have Toby who is a Tensaitchi as of this morning. He looks so smart. I was planning to take a video of his transformation with my Blackberry but it happened too fast :/. It's a pleasure to have him around and he and Ivan are getting along pretty well. Oh, and I forgot to talk about Shaun. He was a Togetchi that I had after Tony left. Sadly, I left him stuffed in my purse on silent for a while one day and he left. So then came Toby.
My V3 is currently inactive. I do plan to hatch a new egg soon. Darby grew up to be a Sekitoritchi and passed away due to neglect. I did end up putting my V2 back on the shelf and starting up my V1. I had a Masktchi named Simon who also died due to neglect. I have not gotten around to hatching either of these but it will happen in due time.
