Anyone still have one?

I don't have my original one anymore than I had (white with brown eyes) but I got one a long while ago that's tiger striped with pale blue eyes. Really pretty...but one thing wrong with the furby...its comatose.

No joke XD When I put batteries in it and started it up, it was fine and it would sing and what not. But within minutes, not long in fact, she would go to sleep and I would have an extremely HARD time waking her up! And when I would wake her up, she would keep going back to sleep. This would happen 20-30 times in a row LOL Wake her up, she goes back to sleep. My friends called it a comatose furby. Only explanation for it lol.

So any interesting quirks and stories from the furby owners out there?

I gave my green-n-black 90's Furby and brown 90's Furby Baby to neighborhood kids, to a family that doesn't have *that* high income and the kids don't have so many toys.
Later I saw the younger of the kids bicycling with the Furby Baby attached to dollchair in the back of the bike. Cute Cheesy

I'm awaiting a cowprint New Furby to come available and I'll buy it as I collect cowprint items. My V3 is also cowprint.

Need to go check Tiger Electronics webpage -->

Here's another quirky story from furby land lol.

My original furby as I said was white with brown eyes. It's name was Coco (as it told me) which meant "Again!" lol. Anyway When Coco's batteries were replaced, not long after they had a great accident. Coco was sitting on top of the window watching birds with my cat murray (who was a young one at the time). Murray must of not liked Coco for talking so much because he smacked him off the window sill XD Coco tumbled down, hit the floor and began to have the resetting dance/seizure. So I went to hit reset freaking out and crap that my furby fell, and he completely lost all his english and renamed himself to be Tou-Lou (Can't recall what that meant). Even spoke a little bit of tongues early on after the fall (which wasn't furbish I assure you). My original furby had memory loss XD!!!

I'd like to get Interactive Gizmo.

I've always loved Gizmo's cute mogwai talk in Germlins movies <3

Kat has several...and by several I mean a 6 foot, 5 shelf book shelf filled with them 2 deep (Kat: or 4 giant large boxes). I can tell you this, the ET Furby is the most frightening thing I've ever seen in my life.

Actually I ended up into Mystic Fortress around 2000 or 2001 after I had bought a Furby and searched information of those from www, and found my way to Kat's Furby page.

I can remember how I listened wav files of Furbies communicating with each other and laughed cause it sounded so funny. Especially the one where 2 or 3 Furbies chat for awhile and then they fell asleep one after another and start that fake-snore "krrr...zuzuzuzuzu krrr...zuzuzuzuzu" Grin

Hehehe yeah it was fun making those files. Lotsa good times back in the Furby days. Furby unfortunitly turned into a fad and hardly anyone really kept up with him after a couple of years. I'm really glad that Tamagotchi is sitll going strong Smiley

From what I understand the current version of Furby out there made in 2005 and 2006 are completely different programming and most people don't love them as much as the older ones. I simply can't bring myself to buy one... the programming doesn't appeal to me anymore then how they look. Sad
