For the tamagotchi v4, how do I get Makiko?

First, raise a Memetchi. (Meme group style character)
Second, raise her style points to at least 350 and have a total of 450 skill points... So 50 intelligence, 350 style and 50 kindness.

*You have to get the right amount of skill points before her first match-maker visit or if she has a child.
