For those Tamagotchi versions that can have their contrast changed... what do you keep it on?

I only have a V5 that does this, and I keep it on 3/7 bars. I sometimes bring it down to 2/7, depending on where I am and what the lighting's like there.

I don't have any running right now that I can change the contrast, but for entamas it's usually 4 bars if I recall correctly, and with the V5 aka famitamas, it's 4 or 5 depending on lighting. Uratamas are tricky, but I find them most comfortable at 4-5 as well.

I keep them at one bar each, its good enough for me. When I'm photographing them I set it around half to max.

Right in the middle of the contrast bar.  That works best for me.
