I think I know why Bandai America hasn't released any information about TAMA+C North-American release.

It seems Bandai has teamed up with McDonalds in TAMA+C release in Japan. There has seen McDonalds take-away bag in Tama color screenshlots and Mametchi is dressed as McD burgerflipper in one advertisement poster/pic.

Maybe Bandai has copyright /or other problems with McDonlands in North America and that leads to localization problems.

I've been checking online for the TMGC+C. It's hard deciding where to get one of these things! @_@ There are several options:

YesAsia - I'm leaning towards this one. The price is $78 US, but you can customize your shipping based on speed and price (between $2 and $18).

Ebay Options - So Far, I've only seen TWO sellers selling these:

Jason's Store - Selling at YesAsia's price, but the shipping is $12 US. Really out of my range.

Seiken1112 - I have no experience with this seller, though they seem fairly new but with good feedback. They're selling at $84 US, but with free shipping.

0_o' Uh, I'm not paying $78 + $12 S&H for one...*pokes Jason's Store* 0_o'''''' I guess I'll wait for the price to go down... they're no cheaper anywhere else(by much, anyway)!

Yeppers, time will eventually decrease the price. Seems like that all the time with virtual pets, be it North American or Overseas.

And I concur with you guys, definitely out of my price range right now. I'd give it 6 months then look into it again.

I really don't see the price dropping that much.  Epically with the economy the way it is.  I am big into Engine Senti Go-Onger and the rumor is that they are not making as much as in years past just to cut over head.  So it might be the same way with this they will stop making after a while and then the cost will really go though the roof.  I would say get them while you can before it gets to expensive.

just my thoughts.

Well I decided to drop the $70 and get one. I haven't done much with it yet but it does look very interesting, they have changed the menus up quite a bit. Also, it is probably twice the as thick as a normal tamagotchi. Excluding the casing it isn't the most attractive looking tamagotchi, haha.

Really, the casing seems so shiny? I find it very nice looking.

Have you found any of the secret happiness bar raising symbols yet? I know how to get all of them Wink
