Hi everyone,

So I'm thinking about starting up my Compu Kitty at the Old School Hatch this Saturday (early hours of Sunday for us Europeans!).  It's been years since I've played with this, so I looked online for an instruction sheet or tips to refresh my memory.  On one website I visited it was interesting to read how many problems so many people had with keeping the Health meter up; basically keeping their pet alive for even 48 hours was a real struggle.  The meter would gradually drop to zero regardless.  There was talk of it even possibly being a technical fault with the game?

I don't recall ever having had a problem with the Health meter.   Anyone here remember experiencing problems?  I'm looking forward to the Hatch so I can see if I can figure out a reason for so many Kitties prematurely popping their clogs.  Cheesy

Hai there new guy(or girl? ;O)!
I've the compu kitty myself and I've never had to struggle with it...
tho, maybe that's 'cause I'm OVERnursing it, I dunno. :3

I do however struggle with the Yoda & R2 giga pets. They are pure evil. ._.

I had the digital doggy and I always had problems with the health, when I was taking perfect care of it, but it would always live longer if I neglected it a little bit and did'nt give it the greatest care around  Undecided

Hi Seraphim:  The Kitty is the only Giga Pet I have, so I can't compare - but I did also read that there were Health meter problems right across the board with a lot of the Giga range.

Here's the link for anyone interested:

Hi Eiyuutchi: Now that's just plain weird, isn't it!

Yeah it's more realistic that way. You smother a pet in real life and it's not good for them either. The health goes up quicker if you check on it every half hour to an hour or until their other meters read around 40-60. Then fill the hunger and happy and training up back to 100 and your health will be up in no time up there too! I had my kitty live an extra week that way.
