What Tamagotchi character from any versoin, any Tamagotchi at all, looks like you the most?
I would have to say for me, Makiko from V5 would have to look the most like me.

Besides in my mind, all characters of the Tamaplanet are different colours, tones and shapes (just like IRL).

For example: You look at Kuromametchi and mametchi and their obviously different, but I'm sure there's other mametchis who are lighter in colour closer to white and some that look tanned and closer to a brownish yellow.

That's my thought process about the whole situation anyay.

I honestly have no idea what kind of tamagotchi character I would be. Someone would have to throw some suggestions my way of who I might be in the Tamaplanet world

I remember that there were some diffrent coloured kuchipatchis in the patchi's forest on tamatown.
