my friend told me the seller was Chinese, so they are chinese tamas,I think! also the instruction inside are both english and chinese....but I don't understand why the package is in english!!

I'm pretty sure just because the seller is Chinese doesn't make the virtual pets chinese lol. The packaging and programming for those V4's are in english because the Overseas used one of the japanese designs previously used on Entamas and put it on their V4's. I think the rainbow one is strictly european. So yeah, not chinese lol.
