Well after a few predator attacks, my ocean is still going strong. It wasn't too hard to handle during the party. I paused it for 2 hours once I got there and waited until 8:30 to unpause it. By then it was asleep so the rest of the night was a breeze. It was 99 units of weight by then.

Next morning I was up earlier than expected and even then it seemed easier to me this round to care for this thing. Had another predator attack this morning when I was out with Jon and crew.

You know funny thing happened once I got into Port Hope. Jon and I were at Wendy's and he noticed something on my ocean's screen and he started to tap the screen like there was a predator! It was sick, but no predator. I asked him why he did that and he recalled me telling him about the predator thing on what to do which I was like AWWW ^_^ He actually remembered information on it! He's not a virtual pet guy so I didn't expect that.

Aww that is cute!  I should train my boyfriend to be tamacapable Elliot only knows how to play the games on my Tamas because I let him play with them when he is bored on the train.  If something like your situation ever happened I'm sure he'd hand it to me and say "I killed it" or something *eyes roll*

LOL yeah. Jon's actually my best friend whom I'm visiting Smiley Known him for years and this August he's getting married so this will probably be the time before the wedding I can spend chilling with him before things go crazy on his end lol. He's been absolutely awesome though. Offtopic but I showed him my green mothra tamagotchi and he's been actually caring for it for me while I'm down! I think it's so cute Cheesy I could make him a virtual pet enthusiast Grin Mwahahaha one of us one of us XD

Anyway as for my ocean looks like I'm out of the challenge. It died this morning while I was waiting for Jon to get up from a late night. It had a ghost hovering a underwater graveyard at the age of 3. I'm guessing either a predator attacked when I wasn't looking OR it was a random death. I'm not sure, we all know how these things can be unpredictable.

I did hatch a second egg on it, but it will not count for my progress. I'll update my site logs with all of this when I get back home.

I'm really sorry that I did not attended the hatch because my Grandmother died so I had to deal with some family stuff (like the funerals).
I did hatch my ocean tho, although I hatched it a day late Sad Here's my log now Grin

Poopy was born very healthy, he was hatched from a small blobbing egg.

He seems very healthy and enjoyed eating, very much. He also enjoys playing the treasure games, very very much.

An hour after he was born, he turned into a jellyfish, I was happy! He almost got attacked by an evil bear, but I managed to save him with my awesome tapping skill.

Right now, his training is almost full and is still a jellyfish (due to constant pausing... funerals T.T)

Oh I miss everyone so much

Edit:His training is now full! woohoo!

Argh.. I accidentally opened something in this window and it erased my original post before I was done writing and posting..

I'll try to recreate what I wrote..

Jiro I'm really sorry to hear about your Grandma *hugs*.

I haven't been writing lately because it's been same ol same ol. However yesterday afternoon I heard my ocean changing. I picked him up and saw a familiar face.. that of Otototchi. I am.. disappointed, as I've gotten him before and I am really hoping to get a different adult then I have in the past. I'd love to get the froggy fella, whose name is eluding me at this time.

It feels like he's less needy now. That or I'm getting used to the needs and timing of this fella.

This afternoon I pulled out the camera and batteries and got a couple of pictures:

Here you can see him. Some bubbles floated up in front of him as I was taking the picture.  heh.

Here's his current weight and age. His discipline meter is also now completely filled.

He's been attacked while napping several times, but so far it's not been a problem.

So all seems to be going just fine so far.

Sorry so short, this was longer the first time.

Jiro: Those are great pictures! Awesome at that! Sorry to hear about your grandmother, though. Sad Hope all is well for you and for family.

Kat: Wonderful pictures there my friend. Cheesy That's a great looking Tama Ocean, and your such a good caretaker, that's why you can't get anyone bad. Wink Hehe, not a bad thing at all.

Well, stuff has happened, and I've been busy with my little Ocean, as well as the rest of my Tamas. I actually treated this guy horribly throughout the Kuragetchi stage, and it paid off too. I got the unhealthy teen, Kingotchi, for the first time ever. Not that I don't like Otototchi, but I was ready for someone new. Smiley

I was hoping this would bring me a new adult character, but it came as no surprise to me when he changed last night to become the worst adult on the chart, Kaitchi the clam. I wasn't able to be the best caretaker this week, with family being home and all, but I'm happy to have at least gotten an adult.

Here's a picture of him below. I think I posted an animation of him once before, so I wont bother posting it again.

The time I had this guy before, he never did live long, so my days in the challenge shall be coming to a close soon. Good luck to everyone else, though! Smiley

Isn't it possible that the clam will turn in to the secret character?! Keep it going and cross your fingers ginjirotchi!

I have had to pause my Ocean/Umi a few times so the progress is rather slow.
I have discipline up all the way on the US one and as low as you can go on the JP one.
I keep the US ocean at around 50 for weight while I'm keeping the weight all the way up on the JP one. Today they turned 2. So it's going to be a while until they grow up.

---------------couple of hours later-----------------------

My US Ocean died!
It happened at the same time the JP one got sick. Their times were the same so events happened at the same time. Maybe getting sick and dying randomly are wild card events?
SO I'm down to one.
