I've known about them for years, I even posted about them on my old boards... I've tried every legal angle I can to get them to stop being thieves, but their host doesn't honor US laws since they are not in this country.

I can't get them to take it down unless I bring them to court which would cost more money then I can afford to spend on such a thing.  I've sent legal documents within US Law that requires them to remove my copy written materials, yet it means nothing to a hosting company that is located outside the laws of my country.

Believe me I've been very upset about this for many years.  I put alot of personal thought, emotions and experiences into my logs.

People like this are part of the reason why I hesitate to write new logs or create new content online. I just think to myself "why bother, someone will just steal it"...

So I appreciate you letting me know it's still out there, maybe someday that thief will grow a conscious...

But I doubt it.

Main thing is you know you wrote them and if people who have no lives are going to be stupid like that, don't let it get to you. We here all know you wrote your logs and your quality can not be matched.

I wouldn't be shocked if my archived stuff someday might be grabbed and used without my permission, but really I know I wrote them and the people who read my logs on a semi frequent basis since I started know how I write and the quality of pictures and videos...so I know the part of me that goes into them is always safe.

I'm sorry stuff like that happened to you Kat but you know you tried your best and if people are going to be stupid like that, there isn't much you can do right now until you see them handle karma when it comes back to bite them in the rear. I hope you continue writing someday.
