That sounds like a good rule to me, although I can't see where it would come into much use.  The questions seem to come up pretty fast.

GameAW: If you knew me in real life, you would realize that I am a vast trove of useless information.  I am simply drawing on my reserves!   Grin

MyChoHimetchi: Gee, I think I'll have to guess....and I am going to say nine.  Nine countries.

Sorry it took so long!  It's kind of a long explanation for my absence...I put the full story in my logs, so check it out if you're interested.

MyChoHimetchi (Gah!  I mean Koluki!  Sorry):  My, oh my!  How awesome.  I didn't have a clue I was going to get that right.   Grin

Ok, since this question may be too universal without prefacing it with this, I'll go ahead and say this is a medical question like AW's was.

What does MI stand for?

Let me think...I need a really good question so I can beat the new guru again...hmm...

Aha!

As you've probably heard, the Phoenix Lander just recently landed on Mars' pole to start looking for signs of life.  It was the first successful powered descent (which is a landing similar to that of the lander used in the Apollo missions to the moon) on the red planet in over 30 years.  The question is, what was the name of the lander that made the LAST successful powered descent on Mars before Phoenix?
