oh cool, so it's kind of like that pikatchu pedometer you see every now and then on ebay?
is the screen in color or b/w? can you tell me anything else about it?
I've been wanting that pikatchu pedometer sor a very long time but they're always so expensive if they're NIB :p
Yeah it was fun getting the pikachus again I'll say that, but for how much they were on ebay I was lucky on both of mine.
Anyway the Hello kitty pedometer pet is b&w like the first pikachu pet. The real difference will be you don't need to interact with it as much as pikachu.
It never sleeps unlike pikachu who goes to bed at a time, but at certain times of the day and night if you check on it, it'll be doing certain things. At midnight until early morning hours you'll see "witch time" on the screen and early in the morning if you're up you might catch "angel time". I find these little quirks to be very adorable. I won't spoil it too much because I rather catch some of these screens yourself.
You also can find items as I said earlier, but in more detail they can be costumes to trinkets to even some things that'll make noise like if you get a little musical triangle, and select it, she'll be playing on that a bit for you
As for taking trips through the forest, the deeper you go obviously the more stuff you could find like rare things, Kitts (money) or doing things with friends on the screen.
Anyway overall it's not as interactive as the pikachu which you must befriend a while, but some of it's other quirks make up for it
