I don't understand how it works. I don't know what my login or password is and do I have to login on the website or on my tamagotchi?  Huh

Nevermind all, I figured it out!  Grin

I'm wondering now what the Rare means with the ? mark in it under the treasure chest thing. And what does Special do under the heart?

Rare contains rare items, which can be obtained in special ways. Some rare items can be obtained if you play certain games on TamaEXPO a lot (there are some you can win randomly by playing certain games on TamaEXPO so see what you can find!).

"Special" is to enter in special passwords that work on all v5s, regardless of the character if I remember correctly. They replace the "DVD" option on the Japanese Famitama. There is one in the instruction sheet for v5- can you find it?

Mine never came with instructions. I found some on the tamatown website but it's for the v4 I think.

Thanks for answering my question though! Smiley

Oh I forgot I have one more question, what does it mean when a question mark pops up on the screen?

Are you sure it did not come with instructions? For some reason, from v3 and higher Bandai has a kinda illogical (in my opinion) spot to put the instructions.

It's kinda hard to explain but I'll try. There's two pieces of cardboard in the package- one showing all the features and everything and one that is on the front of the package. The instructions are between these two sheets, which is why a lot of people I know have cut through them.

When your Tamagotchi have a speech bubble over their heads with either a musical note or a question mark in it, it means you can give them an item for training. The training icon (face with a speech bubble- it's the first icon on the bottom row) will light up at this time. Select the training icon and then three random choices will appear. Choose one of them. Training influences which characters you get, and also it'll help to raise bonding percentage! Every time you train your Tamagotchi family, bonding percentage is raised by about 4% (so you need to train around three times to see an increase).

Aww man, I wondered where the directions where, I never took out those 2 sheets of paper so I must have cut through them also. Sad They should really put them in a better place, bummer!

Ah that makes more sense, thank you!!
