Has anyone bought a virtual pet through ebay and had some issues with the item? Do you get a refund?

I ask this question because I received my floppy frog giga in the mail today and after hatching it I noticed straight away that there is missing pixels in the image(not sure if that makes sense) and the left button doesn’t work. After two seconds of having it on, it shut down. I went out and replaced the batteries but nothing changed. Still broken left button and missing pixels. It’s really hard to make out images.

I have contacted the seller asking what can be done next. I’m not sure of the ebay process as I have only ever bought 5 things through it and never had a problem.

Did you pay for it via paypal?

If the seller is no help and does not refund your money, Paypal will refund it if you file a complaint.

Yes i payed through Paypal. Hmm good to know i at least have an option. Thanks.
