What Does This Mean To Users 13 And Under Who Are Already Signed Up?
Those that are already signed up and 13 years and under will have a chance to keep their accounts. We don't just want to boot you guys! With a small bit of effort you can stay with us.

How To Proceed If You Are Age 13 or Under:
We have set up a temporary email fax account to help assist current members 13 and under to maintain their membership here. This entails the member that is 13 or under to give a consent form to theeir parents to sign and fax back to us.

If you are age 13 or under and want to maintain your account here at mimitchi.com please follow these instructions:

1. Print this form: http://mimitchi.com/tss_legal.html

2. Fill in your username and email address.

3. Have your parents read and fill out the remaining items on the form.

4. FAX the form to the phone number shown at the top of the page.

5. Send me a PM here on TSS to let me know you have sent the fax over. This is important! If there are problems with fax system/email whatnot, we need to know. We wanna make sure we get your form.

6. You must complete and fax this form to us by midnight on March 10th, 2008. Failure to do so will result in your account being removed.

My Parents Won't Sign and Fax The Form
I'm sorry than, if you have been found to be age 13 or under your account must be removed from this site. Keep in mind this law exists to protect us both. We will remove your account March 11th if we don't receive permission by that time. You may also remove your account by going to Profile and deleting your account. We hate to see you go, but we appreciate the honesty.

I'm Turning Age 14 Next Week/Month/Etc., Can I Just Stay?
Sorry, you'll need to fill out and fax the form to us regardless. If you are turning 14 real soon and don't want to hassle with the form, just delete your account and resign up the day you turn age 14. If you don't want your account deleted (to maintain posting history) we can agree to temporarily suspend your posting permissions until such time that you have turned 14 (temp ban). We can work together to make it work out for both of us.

How Do You Know My Age?
We can tell that some members are age 13 and under because of the profile information they have filled out.

However for those that did not fill out the profile information it is impossible for us to guess or be certain of anyones age. Right now we have a list of those that are 13 and under as shown in their profiles. Come the deadline if we don't receive a fax from them, their accounts will be removed. I am sorry, but this is how it must be at this time.

We hope that you will be honest with us and have your parents fill out and fax this form to maintain your membership even if you have not filled out the birthday in your profile. If you chose to hide your age and not fax the form and we later find out you are indeed in the 13 and under age group you will have your IP banned and your account deleted immediately.

We chose to go this route and set up a temporary fax so that current members can still stay on our forums. We are only offering this permission form to you, our current members. All members from here on out that are 13 and under won't be allowed to have an account.

Since we are doing this as a favor to you, please do the favor to us and be honest and get your fax to us asap.

Today is the 11th, so I have made some changes now to some memberships on the site to uphold this restriction.

MistyKetchum & crystal_gardian have been both given to the 26th (this is when my fax number expires). Since they are both frequent posters and active in the community, I wanted to give them an extra chance to get it signed. I hope that all works out

Rose got her form faxed to us yesterday, so all is good and well with her account.

All that remained was 22 members on the list. 3 of the remaining members were previously banned, so no issue there. 2 members on the list turned 14 before the 10th, thus their membership remains in good standing.

Sadly shs415 deleted her own account within an hour of getting the notice, but says she will be back when her age meets qualification. She left a goodbye in her log. She says she will be at TT if anyone wants to say hello.

After that, we have 16 members. These 16 did not reply back and I was not too surprised. Only one of them had been to the forum within the last month, most of the remaining members had not logged into the forum for over 200 days.

For these remaining 16 members I posted a temporary ban and a message letting them know why the ban was in place in case they do return to the site.

If you are concerned about a friend and wanna ask if they were one of the ones banned, feel free to drop me a PM and I'll let you know if your friend is still here.

I have tried to be as fair as I can in this, I hope everyone understands.

I am no longer taking faxes and the form has been removed.

I tried to help crystal_gardian get hers in on time, but I ran out of time and at this point a temp ban is in place. She is of course welcome back next year.
