Ok, i'm working on a project i call Project S.O.T. (Save Our Tamagotchi's). I did this a few years before the first tama connection came out so i guess it got bandai's attention and i hope it does the same thing again. I'm trying to get them to make the original tama's from 97 and hope, with the help of everyone here, that they will start making them again.

thank you,

I've always wanted to do this!! This is a great idea, and I'm gonna sign the page right after this! I think it would be really great if Bandai brought back the originals. I mean, those are the ones who started it all! Cheesy

I've e-mailed Bandai quite a few times on the matter, asking them to bring back the 1990's Tamagotchi. They always reply back saying "we do not take suggestions from customers/users". If they aren't going to listen to the customer and buyers, well then they are going to have a hard time getting more buyers.

Great idea Doug, if we all participate, this could be the start of something really great in getting Bandai on the move to produce the Tamas that started it all. Smiley

That's an extremely valid point Dennis. I think that if we manage to get a few thousand people to sign this petition, we might have a chance of getting Bandai to listen! Doug, would it be alright for me to post a link to this petition on my website?

Go for it, the more publicity we get the better.

That's great that you posted that on your site Eveh! I don't really have a website as such, but I suppose I could post it on my myspace page, which I made for the soul purpose of connecting with my internet friends, a lot of which are from here.

I'd love to see the Original 90s Tamas come back, it's not going to be an easy task to get Bandai to do it, but I'm up for the challenge! Smiley

I actually decided not to put it on my site (section of site really), 'cause most of the people who go there are political cartoon fans, not Tama fans. Sorry for the false alarm. If I ever get my own domain name (I am eyeing one off), then I promise I'll post it. Kay?
